    @INTERNET__RYAN @Bell_Support Is this where bell is supposed to announce outages? Like this ongoing one in Toronto's Little Portugal. FYI bell support says it will be resolved by 3pm Sunday. Seems like bell should be announcing this themselves?

    Here's what i'm thinking @rogers @bell instead of going to 5G why don't we skip right to like 10z? Why walk up the steps when we can take the elevator? Exercise? Ya good point. Ok but still 10z!!!! come downstairs & take the elevator. I'll be waiting. Also the escalators broken.

    So now I have no connection and cannot stream, which means I can't broadcast hardcore league during the busiest time I have ever had on twitch. I have been a @Bell_Support customer for 11 years, and they could care less about doing anything about this.

    @bell I appreciate how hard customer service is; it’s only made harder with a huge lag bc it’s on other side of globe from Toronto & made so much less pleasant when having 2 repeat same issues 6 times, not get a clear answer & then get hung up on after asking 4 employee’s name/#

    I waited until sunday night at 7pm to find out that the @Bell_Support technician was unable to install my connection but was also unable to tell me why, but said that I would have someone here today (Monday) to solve this issue.

    @Bell_Support @Bell In order to maintain the quality ,Bell invests every year in network maintenance to provide excellent service .In order to support this investment, we have increased the price of the internet service by $5 * 2/2

    .@Bell needs to get their **** together. Bf called for repair yesterday, wasn’t told an appointment was scheduled until he called a second time, hours after the tech didn’t call back. Today, calls in after the tech doesn’t show to be told there’s no tech assigned...

    @Bell_Support @Bell *I completely understand how hard it must be for you during this pandemic .If I were a customer even I would be shocked to see this sudden increase in the bill .Bell always strives hard to maintain the quality of the services we provide and we value customer needs 1/2
