    So apparently these are @Bell lines โ€ฆ hopefully they will attend to this safety issue before someone gets hurt unnecessarily โ€ฆ these lines are hanging from the pole way too close to the ground.

    Well were we ever wrong going back to @Bell They said they wouldnโ€™t charge installation. Forgot to mention itโ€™s self install internet!! We thought we had a good package! Wrong. Terrible way to treat customers. Been on the phone all morning. I HATE BELL! Good tv but crap service!

    @Bell customer service is unbelievably bad. I have an auto credit applied to my account that keeps getting randomly deactivated every month, and I have to call again and again to get it fixed. Multiple calls, hours wasted, still no permanent resolution. Do better @Bell_Support

    @Bell Iโ€™ve been on the phone for 1 hour 25 minutes, 4 different people. After explaining why I cancelled my service, Randy the manager asked me if I wanted a Bell router. Now heโ€™s told me heโ€™s the highest person I can speak to. Wonโ€™t give me a supervisor name, vp name. @CRTCeng

    @TELUS @Bell Before you guys spend millions of dollars building AI datacenters in Kamloops and stealing all our water can you fix the horrible reception around town first? Can't even make or take a phone call in half the city but yes lets build AI datacenters ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿป
