    @Bell has the WORST customer service. I've been on the phone for over an hour and spoken to at least 8 different CSRs who have all assured me they can resolve THEIR error with my billing, just to refer me to someone else who does the same thing. NOT IMPRESSED!

    @Bell Is there an answer why ground techs leave a switch box wide open, and no service vehicle/person anywhere to be seen? Our telephone access is a backup system to fibre. Please make sure it's kept secure and tested often.

    @Bell_Support Yeah right. You should do it automatically when you get paid for something that keeps going down. Consumers should NOT have to meekly beg for a reasonable charge rebate for the week(s) of going without a service. If @Bell had any integrity, they would do the right thing.
