@Bell_Support Good news, your app is **** and doesn't work on any Android device except my mobile phone. The cast function hardly picks up any available devices. Not be able to use it on a regular Android device connected to a television is bullshit.

@Bell_Support as usual bell fibe has problems that they never seem to fix properly if you watch alot of tv maybe bell fibe is not what you should have

Okay - seems to not be just me - but Ontario. #FibeTV is down - along with all the support/service options. Self Repair is down and too much volume on chat/tech support. So - can only just sit and wait. Yay. @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support @Bell I get why the phone support was shut off. I get why the box isn't reconnecting and no dvr do to authentication issues. But this is why you do redundancy on your servers. Why not post right on your main page there is an outage? Or when you call support it tells you about outage?

@Bell_Support @Bell wth!!! Why in this day and age is this even happening… still no PVR functions, i wait all day to watch my shows. No support, no official status, all customer service is outsourced in asia. No actual help here this is crazy. Im done. Back to rogers!

@Gl1800Dave @Bell_Support Same here - we have 3 boxes but only one was on this afternoon and rebooted. That one is still not working but the other 2 that were not on earlier are working fine

@RomeoMarra @Bell_Support The hard drive in my PVR was on the way out. So I replaced the hard drive not looking at support Twitter account because I went off the site. Wish I had known. Now I got to wait till the service comes up for the PVR to set it’s self up again.

@Bell_Support Managed to get through to tech three times only to be dumped after being on hold for 30 plus minutes each time.. HORRIBLE customer service. Oh and the message said that to call back during office hours.. 24/7 tech support??
