@Bell_Support has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Have been waiting over a week to get my internet fixed and I work from home. 40 business hours have been compromised on my behalf and they are protecting their manager’s names and complaint centers viciously.

@Bell transferring from Rogers to Bell has been the biggest mistake. @Bell your customer service is the worse. I have been on phone for last three days and no one can resolve the issue. I am being transferred from one agent to the other. They hand up on customers!

@Bell whom do I speak to about your internet and having lines replaced on the poles… as it’s been a problem and your techs can’t give me the answer.. times ticking. We pay the money we deserve the problem and cables replaced for “stable” lines for what we pay!
