    @Bell_Support I am very upset. 2nd time in 4 days, no home phone. I‘ve reported it. Said repair will be here tomorrow. My husband is dialysis dependent. In the case of emergency, need a phone. To use a cell, I have to drive several kilometres to get a signal. Ridiculous. 😡

    @Reil76 @Bell SHAW/Rogers? I have one of those round WIFI pods that mesh with the main modem/router/WIFI network too. Going to be changing that all up this month though.

    Bell wasted our time with poor communication and unprepared technicians. We cancelled because they failed to deliver. Customers deserve better. #Bell #CustomerService @BellSTC @bellcanada @Bell
