had a cable fall during a severe windstorm the other day and let @Bell know so they could fix it - they sent a tech out today who did put the cable back up and also disconnected our internet 🙃 i guess lucky for us that we don’t use them for our phone service

@Bell_Support I’ve repeatedly been the victim of identity theft at bell. They keep letting the same address (not my property or address) use my name and charge me. Billing keeps telling me to pay or my credit will be impacted. 3rd time in 5 years…same address. Wtf bell??!!

@Bell Yeah I never going with bell ever again. Used to have two phone lines running to our house paying for both and all of a sudden one doesn't work Bell disconnected it and give it to our neighbor didn't inform us even though we were still paying for it.

Anyone that is with @FreedomMobile I suggest switching to @Bell , at least bell cares about there customers, where @freedomsupport does not. It's been a year and half with problems and I'm still in the same spot I was when the problem started. Just horrible

@Bell_Support Trying to connect Internet Bell Hub 2000 router internally , but unable , the hub 2000 don't let me in, it trying and trying without any succes , can you help me or where i call for that
