    Whoa, super disappointed in @bell right now. My husband and I went over 8 MB data this month. Was charged $20!! No warning of getting close to being over. At least when we were with Telus, they would send a text!! 😱 @Bell_Support can you help here???

    @Bell_Support why is it that the service I pay for is not what I get? 100 mbps/ and get 15 mbps makes no sense. Need better speed. What should I do???

    Hi @Bell_Support - I'm very disappointed with the service you gave my mother. She received a call in November from a 514 area code, when she answered, no one was there. She hung up. This month she had a bunch of charges on her bill to that number, which she never called. /1

    @Bell I have a complaint Track # 4001 8372 8639 1532. $563.87 taken from my bank account when I was assured that this would not happen on 2020.11.24. I want to be refunded by cheque $563.87. Prepared to cancel my service with @Bell. Look forward to a reply from @Bell. Thank you.

    I feel like unless you are buying a new product from @Bell or @RogersBiz they purposely put you on hold in hopes you hang up and they don’t have to deal with your issue.
