    @Bell_Support Internet is still down in Scarborough M1K postal. Is there a large outage? Can we get an announcement or should we all call customer support. When will this be fixed

    @Bell_Support I love your new communications strategy for major service outages. Step 1: Don't say anything about it on any of our platforms, keep customers in the dark. Step 2: When they tweet at us, lure them into the DMs so nobody outside can see what's happening. 1/2
