    Day 2. No Fibe tv; no info. @Bell_Support told me it isn't an "official" outage, so there're no updates, but "rest assured" #Bell is working on it. I assume an outage is "official" if it hits the media. Otherwise, too bad. @FP_Champagne pls improve standards to protect consumers.

    Dear @Bell it goes to show you that you would have and should have left some pay phones across the city/country after the Rogers fiasco last month. Hearing how colleagues struggled to get home or get a ride when the systems were down sounded pretty harrowing.

    @Bell_Support Switched a longtime ago and couldn't be happier. If I may say so Bell has nothing but poor customer service and you guys constantly Increasing my bill. Wish I had something positive to say during my time with bell but I don't.

    Spent 2 hours on the phone resolving a contract issue overpriced only to be placed on hold for 40 minutes before getting disconnected. Next steps @Bell CRTC will be reaching out
