    @Bell Most of the best deals are for new customers. Bell doesn't care about loyal existing customers! Cust service is horrible. Wait in queue a long time, get connected only to have call drop. One agent tells you one thing, the next tells you something different. Not a good company.

    @Bell Bell sucks, When the three big phone companies all have the same rate is this communism or capitalism?? This is something I’ve been struggling with for years. Where is the competition if they conspire to have the same rates???

    @Bell_Support Tried to inquire 3 times about signing up for multiple cell plans / service, but no way to email my questions, or even an online form. What an awful experience. FYI, customer service is about trying to help the customer, ESPECIALLY when they want to sign up.

    @Bell Is there an email address to contact you? I don't want to be on the phone. I see the fiber cables in the front yard for a while now and the website says the Fibe service not available. I wanna ditch rogers asap.
