    @RogersHelps I've been with you since 2005, & I'm leaving now. Spent 10+ hours trying to get help but calls keep dropping while waiting to be connected or while talking to reps after waiting for hours. No call back, even though you have my # (@Bell/@TELUS both called back).

    @Bell_Support I need some help. Currently my internet internet connection is down for the last hour & my home phone has no dial tone. Unfortunately your customer service reps have been rude with me. The shooting has been unsuccessful. All I want is a technician to be sent pls.

    @Bell_Support I just had one of your employees hang up on me after I refused to give him my drivers license number or SIN. Not sure why a customer of 20 years would need to provide private info to get a new service. The 2nd call person in customer loyalty didn’t even ask for that

    @Bell_Support I recently cancelled my TV service with bell and dropped off the package with my receivers and modem and the cables. However I forgot to include the remotes in the package. How do I get another label to return the remotes?

    PSA: If you are planning to sign up for @bell #bellsmarthome, DON’T. Technical support is NONEXISTENT & they will continue to charge you for a service that DOES NOT WORK. Want to cancel? #bellsmarthome loyalty will let you do so if you PAY FOR THE REMAINING TIME IN YOUR CONTRACT

    @Bell Worked great for almost 2 years then connection kept dropping several times a day. After a month of troubleshooting and techs coming out and the problem not solved, I switched to another ISP.

    So I did a PIPEDA request into @bell for the CCTS complaint. I specifically asked for communications between Bell & myself, including the account holder (my mother). They didn’t provide any communications with me, the lawyer. I couldn’t even provide a full complaint to the CCTS.

    Keep in mind that #bellsmarthome HAS NOT been fulfilling their end of the contract and fixing the issue that I have with my cameras. I am transferred back to @BELL tech support where I am cut off after holding for 15min, AGAIN

    @Bell are you guys having problems with the internet? We have had to reset our router several times this week and right now we can only get a connection for a few minutes before it goes down again. 😖 #WorkFromHome
