    @Bell Bell-I attempt to upgrade my wireless home internet package and your customer service team CANCELS my existing plan;now it will take 8 days for a tech to replace a modem that already works-all because you can't reactive my old plan.Seriously, how can you be so incompetent!

    Over a month of requesting a Bell Canada callback, a month of daily sales calls, ignored requests to stop, and broken promises to remove me. it isn't customer service, it's harassment by design. @Bell @Bell_Support fix your callback system or stop offering it. filed with the DNCL

    @TekSavvyCSR everyone should switch to Rogers now! @Bell_Support is having multiple issues with outages this month! Unreliable service!! 😩

    @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

    Ok @Bell Do u actually have service in Lucan Ontario? Someone was waiting ALL DAY for you to come as per the appointment to set up television etc..!!!! Unable to get a proper response from phone staff. “Someone to call tomorrow”!!! 🙄😡

    @Rogers @RogersHelps what a worst service. Since morning i am not able to access internet n trying to reach n connect to you guys but after 45 minutes of hold there is no one there to connect. I guess time to switch to @Bell
