Why is @TELUSsupport charging over $80 in tax to order a phone online when I can order the EXACT SAME PHONE with more colour options from @Bell_Support and not be charged any tax? And I’m already a Telus customer! 😡

  • thinner1973 David White (@thinner1973) reported

@Bell_Support I rebooted the modem last night and the PVR playback is much better than it was, but still pauses for a second or two before resuming during playback. Happened 6 times during a 30 minute show...so about every 5 minutes. Is there a known issue others have had? I have fibre optic

  • rsnapeuk Ryan Snape (@rsnapeuk) reported

Hi @Bell_Support, you cunningly changed my plan from 1 month rolling to a 6 month contract (with cancel fees) without my consent? Please reverse this.

  • jason_hill14 Jason Hill (@jason_hill14) reported

@kwetoday @Bell I also have an incredibly frustrating unresolved issue with something unethical @Bell_Support did and I have given up.

  • MeganJourney1 Megan Journey (@MeganJourney1) reported

@Bell been trying to access my bills for over 2 months online & it’s not working. 6 hours on the phone trying to get it fixed & you expect me to pay another bill I cannot see. Great customer service. They are such liars! Never use Bell!!

  • iPriyankat Priyanka (@iPriyankat) reported

@Bell stupidest customer service ever!!! I was just told “I’m working from home so I can’t help you”!!! Seriously?!?!?

  • DarkwolfAmatiel Adam "Amatiel" (@DarkwolfAmatiel) reported

@Bell_Support so i expect area's that you cant supply proper speeds to during this lock down you're going to cut down everyone's bill right, because at this point its better to cancel for some of us

@Bell @Bell_Support I can't seem to get any help from you guys. I have a business account and my wifi is extremely weak. It does not reach outside of the room that the modem is in. I'm not sure why I would need to pay an extra $15/month for wifi extenders when the issue 1/2

  • darrell79760772 darrell (@darrell79760772) reported

You know the worst thing about lock down? Is having metered internet usage, I have no option for unlimited internet and it becomes $1/mb soon. ******* great! @bell

  • ChrisAd55717923 Chris Adams (@ChrisAd55717923) reported

@BritHemming @Bell It's not very cost effective, but have you considered using an aftermarket router rather than the one supplied by the service? Something like a Nighthawk AC2600 or a good quality TP Link router.
