@Bell_Support The original post was about not finding the option. I'm saying I found it, just that it doesn't work as intended. Given that my ticket was merged into a solved one, so no hope of being reviewed, should I just repost with a comment that this is a different issue?

@Bell not for anything I get things happen but for what we pay for internet taking HOURS to fix an issue when some of us work from home full time- going into an office not an option- not acceptable. I am losing 5 hours of my work day-

Reaching out to @Rogers w/today's @Bell_Support outage for a backup line… their business service only has 15up for 75down? When pressed, it's “because of copper lines…” yet they have gigabit down with 50up... why can't I order 75/50 or even 25/25? It's a redundancy for Bell...

@Bell_Support Nothing makes me hate life more than trying to call Bell support. Pay $990/month for internet service and am being transferred for 4th time because nobody can seem to find our account based on our circuit number... complete insanity!!

This is the third or fourth time this has happened with no communication to the customer this year. Beyond frustrated. @Bell, time you lost another.
