    @Bell_Support Hi. Is there something going on with the tv scheduling in Toronto? My PVR suddenly didn't record my shows this evening & won't let me do it on any day - says it can't due to"scheduling changes". It also says to do it manually but that doesn't work either.

    @Bell Is there a service issue with fibe-tv? both my sets indicate there's an issue, neither will reset and when I call the phone number quoted is says they're busy and hangs up. What kind of support line hangs up? In the mean-time while I have internet, there's no tv.

    @Bell_Support I need to escalate an issue with billing and my case manager does not return my calls. Dissapointed that I was enticed to bring my mobility to Bell with a promise for bundling discount and now I am having to deal with this issue

    @RSHFarms @Bell @TELUS I know my wife is on Telus and it’s terrible as well. I think the cell networks are just overloaded. I’ve called support multiple times and bought new phone. No better

    If I had a gun to my head and my life depended on someone picking up, it wouldn’t matter who I called because my cell network would drop the call. @Bell

    @mystro222 @TorontoFC @Bell I don’t have 5 others I’d be interested in sharing my i.d. with nor do I need the hassle of collecting. So, it’s a hefty single fee if I’m only interested in one team. No thanks. The league will never contend with the big 4 with this model. Teams will suffer under PPV system

    Found out on Friday that @Bell had been double-charging me for 11 months for Call Display and Message Center. Went into support chat, had a great experience, and got the spare services removed from my account. (1/2)
