@Bell_Support are there any issues with service in Newfoundland? My internet has been poor all evening. I tried resetting the modem but that didn’t work.

@Bell I changed internet providers because bell could give me decent internet. I'm with rogers now. Their service is really bad but at least i can watch a video on youtube at more than 144p

After 15+ hours on the phone dealing with tech support I've come to the conclusion that none of the systems at @bell are actually connected. I've reset the modem and been asked to replace the modem as many times as I've called!

  • tomfowlerbug tom fowler (@tomfowlerbug) reported

So after going through three routers in two weeks, despite having told @bell each time that the problem was the line coming into the house, the wifi just conked out (again) and the newest router is telling us the network’s working fine… there’s just no connection to the house.

@Bell_Support In Newfoundland, ping is through the roof and the internet is very slow in general. Not the only person with this issue atm in my area of town.

  • q70sm4 q170 (@q70sm4) reported

@Bell I have this and I’ve never once seen the speed above 1 GBPS, it’s usually 800MBPS, which isn’t anything special when i paid for 1.5GB

  • BIG_PIG_13 Lorne Willmott (@BIG_PIG_13) reported

Wow technical support @Bell_Support sucks. Technician hung up on me and the second did crap. I think I'm done with @Bell. Cancellation coming hard and fast!
