@mushrooomomma @Bell When I cancelled my Rogers service, I literally said at right at the start that I was moving out of the country PERMANENTLY. They still tried to sell me services. Offered me a Rogers credit card. Asked if I would transfer my account to someone else. On and on. Brutal.

@Bell your customer service agents are a bunch of LIARS. Spoke to 12 different people, horrible service

Hey @Fidomobile, just landed back in Canada after a month in France and... guess who's pissed? I have this line with Fido, calls and texts only, since my data come from my other sim, French plan. No worries, I'd think. Wrong. They slapped me with $108 more—turned out, every time someone rang my Canadian number and it went straight to voicemail, boom, $18. Six times. Even though I never answered... anyhow, it's insane and next level greedy! My previous line was with @Bell and they never did this crap.

@Bell worst customer service. I was promised a cheaper phone plan on a call, but it never showed up in my app/email. When I called back, they claimed there was 'no record' and refused to honor it. The agent LIED. Making promises and not honoring them is misleading and dishonest!!

  • _leah2 Leah Carpenter (@_leah2) reported

@Bell Very disappointed that someone was supposed to come and install our new Internet yesterday only to have no one show up...I called to find out why and was told they weren't coming. Just wondering why I was never made aware of this? Had so much I needed to

  • Arthur_Dietrich Arthur Dietrich (@Arthur_Dietrich) reported

@Bell Bell is the biggest rip off on the Cell phone service provider market. Never give these Crooks your business.

@perishable Imagine our main Canada Internet provider, @Bell , does not support IPv6 at all for residential … 💀

  • amandaskanes amanda (@amandaskanes) reported

@Bell has called me 3 times since cancelling my services with them trying to offer a better deal AFTER I called them looking for something better before I changed providers. Yall slacking on your customer service when it’s needed most. Dont call AFTER the fact.

@TheGameSheet @RogersHelps @Bell After endless problems with our Rogers internet cutting in & out, getting stuck in the CS loop, them restringing wire and it still not working well, we switched to Bell about two years ago. I don't think our internet has gone down once in those two years. Best decision ever.
