@Bell_Support we have had no service for 2 days in Oshawa in the Park Road and Adelaide area. What is the problem. My 90 year old mother had had no phone service. She can't call out or receive calls.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

How are phone services still charging 100$ a month for a cell phone?? Then when you ask for a 10$ loyalty discount because all your services are with @Bell, they say no! Horrible costumer service 🥴

@Bell my home internet bill has increased 80% since last year. The customer service emphasises the service that used to be $90 last year is worth $120. What sort of inflation adjustment is this?

@Bell_Support @Bell And (while I'm on it) most of the in-store clients with problems were older folks. Imagine spending this glorious day inside a @Bell store, because their contact center reps will tell you anything they have to in order to end the call. You are a horrible company to deal with.
