@Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant Hell, you need to discount everyone all the time, given what people in the rest of the world pay for better service.

  • TomTSEC Tom Quiggin (@TomTSEC) reported

Thread 2/4 Last time @Bell cut off my phone - despite the $1619.12 credit. They promised they would fix the problem for the 4th and 5th time. I asked that if they will NOT use the money to pay my phone bill, would they at least send it back? ANSWER: No. They did not.

Update: Customers who lost service absolutely have to call billing to get their bills reduced, regardless of what tech support tells you on the phone. @bell doesn’t even seem aware that my neighbours and I lost service for 7 days (we lost power for 4 only). They don’t track or /1

@Bell_Support @bell Hey Bell, my internet has been down for 6 hours. I'm loosing revenue and my patience by the minute. Only a customer for 3 months and already disappointed. I had to tell 1,000 people on my disconnected Zoom conference today this is your fault.
