@Bell_Support @Downes Yes, very very lame. Bell did not think this through. Remove the SD channel that no one watches and reinstall the HD. Terrible decision. We are not impressed. Bell really sucks!!

@Bell_Support Ps...there is zero loyalty with Bell. Your agent offered a slap in the face basically on top of the absolute ridiculously priced "service" the company offers. #rurallivesmatter

@Bell I'm a new customer who just had my internet installed. I'm not happy with the installation. I wanted the modem near my TV and it was set up way across the house. Also my speed isn't even close to what I'm paying for. Might cancel the whole thing and go with someone else.

@TamIWas I was in a Bell store getting a new phone and some guy walked in without a mask. Nobody that worked there asked the guy a thing. Finally an employee offered him a mask and his response was “naw, don’t wear those” and that was it. @Bell never responded when I asked abt it later.

@Bell_Support Thx for the quick response. Extremely disappointing for people in small communities. We’re clients advised of these changes and why was this decision made to cancel HD programming?

@Bell_Support @Downes Bell online chat support claims this will be resolved first week of December and offered a one-time $5 credit. Will see what happens first full week of December. Got a feeling it's going to be at least another "one-time credit".

@Bell Do you sabotage independent providers on your infrastructure so their clients for up and switch to your service? Is that what your "five internet technology" is?
