@DPocroianu @Bell I bought my modem or rather I was forced to pay for it. Cancelled my service in April now they want 100 for the modem! I paid for it not sending it back unless they give me a refund! Modem rental was never on the bill. @Bell_Support

Although I'm looking forward to having @Bell fibre optic service, I was NOT thrilled with being asked about my vaccination status when making arrangements for the install. I'm not giving private medical information to a telecom... Hopefully no one is, it's not required!

@Bell This is my third Or fourth post about worst customer service I have received from bell representatives. They have been giving so much misinformation about plans and discounts in first place and you get to pay more in the end.

@sailorgirl2017 Yes. Here as well. Though a different service than cellar thank gawd as @Bell is horrendous for NO service and switching up other programs.
