    @bell yest. I used ur chat for a tech problem. Mark Bryan the chat dude said he'd book a tech to come to my house to fix my TV. I asked for a conf # for appt. He said i didnt need one. Today I called and was told no appointment had been booked. This is why your service SUCKS!

    Serious question: why do some companies go out of their way to provide top-notch customer service while others think that providing abysmal CS will keep them in the game? The answer = monopoly. @JustinTrudeau, @CRTCeng... @Bell--you should be sued for your service.

    @Bell mobility terrible service been waiting 2 months for a resolution regarding my new phone and still no resolution. Have spoken to multiple people to get new phone sent. #terriblegoingpublic

    So we’re still waiting for @bell and @TELUS to roll out their 5G network in Quebec City. Although I have a feeling that the launch date is getting closer :)
