Why does my next door neighbor have the same package as us and theirs works great and we get the worst, most unstable internet I've ever experienced? I can not WAIT for Starlink to be delivered so we can drop this.

The question is can #BellCanada put out the infrastructure fast enough to retain me? I pay for THREE 5/.6 DSL lines currently. If @elonmusk musk would help me out, I would evangelize.
