@Bell_Support Just DM'ed you. We are not the only @Bell customers in the area noting this issue. Never had it before, but it disappeared as soon as we travelled 30 minutes west.

  • MargMcC1 Marg_McC (@MargMcC1) reported

@Bell you don't have customer service anymore. I want to talk to someone in Canada

  • JefferyThomas Jeffery A Thomas 🇨🇦 (@JefferyThomas) reported

Gotta love @Bell. They won't bring gigabit fibe to our home but if we moved 91m up the street no problem. Stuck with @videotron for now. 😡 We need more competition in Canada for #HighSpeed Internet.

  • djsosojef djsosojef (@djsosojef) reported

@Bell_Support so I call tech support today to confirm when my appointment would be because yesterday’s tech agent told me my appointment would be “in the PM” and that “the tech would call to confirm. I just find out that the tech didn’t even book the appointment!

  • LotSixteen Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported

@Julie64557087 @Bell At first I thought it was my phone, but when I checked my wife's Google Pixel, it too had no service for the majority of the trip.

  • baltch Baltch (@baltch) reported

Friend hasn't #CutTheCord yet, and as such @Bell or @TSN_Sports couldn't be bothered to update their digital TV listings, so his DVR won't be recording game 1 of the #NBAFinals. THIS **** is why people hate @Bell, and why I wish they weren't in the content business. #cdnmedia

  • PMurphy1788 Paul Murphy (@PMurphy1788) reported

@Bell_Support on July 2, I called in regards to my mothers account after 30 minutes & no resolution to a billing issue because the person wouldn’t listen. I was told no supervisor could talk & that I could not stay on hold, was told I would receive a call back, 6 days no calls

  • JeanLeggett Jean Leggett 💫 (@JeanLeggett) reported

@blair_leggett @Bell_Support I'm definitely an unhappy customer. Work from home is near impossible. An eta would be helpful.

  • burn2crisp Burn2crisp (@burn2crisp) reported

@linda_kauffeldt @Bell You may be able to get a decent package with Telus, especiallyif bringing own device. Not sure of their coverage in your area. I wouldn't recommend Rogers. I lose decent service in areas north of 401 or outside Ottawa. Bro is with Telus and has better luck
