@Bell_Support I've talked to the sale rep of a bell store, you guys know exactly what is going on with these crap modems. They need to be replaced with another manufacturer. I'm on my 3rd modem and ready for my forth in less than 6 months

Day 2 of waiting for @Bell_Support to come and fix our satellite. Been out for over a week. No show yesterday. Booked another appointment for today. Stayed home all day waiting. No show again. Looking forward to watching #SuperBowl2023 on my phone!
