    @Bell_Support cannot unlock iPhone XR that is locked to Bell, but was never activated on the network. Two calls to Support ended with promise of call back from either Bell or Apple to unlock device. Can supply IMEI if you can supply unlock code.

    @Bell I got sweet talk d into switching after 15+ years with Eastlink...so far it was a horrible decision. Internet not faster, remotes dumber and local service (which includes fax and alarm monitoring) disconnected. #nothappy

    @Frank_c_b @newbery_j @Bell My family was with Distributel for awhile and they managed to be just as incompetent if not leagues worse, service was okay, but you only expect Bell to have your equipment lost for 6 months, not a little guy

    @Bell_Support Your overseas cold-calling sales people are rude. I was cold called by "kevin" who thought I was using Rogers. I've been your customer for +20 years. As soon as he found that out he hung up without so much as a thank-you. Perhaps hire CANADIANS?

    @Bell_Support Programming errors are getting out of control. In the last month : Wrong PVR episodes 5 Dateline were wrestling 3 Poker were football 2 Gold Rush were American Pickers 1 month grace to get rid of the "problem" or I move on. I won't pay ridiculous prices for this.

    Figured out why @Bell bills are so high. Took 4 hours and 7 people for my Mom to cancel an appointment.
