    8 calls and 3 dm's to @Bell_Support over the last 30 days to fix my smartwatch connection to my smartphone, and all they can say is, "Dm us for further assistance"! WTF! No consistent follow up, no consistent customer service, and NO RESOLUTION! Shame on you @Bell_Support @Bell

  • FriskyBeaverr 🇨🇦 FriskyBeaverr 🇨🇦 (@FriskyBeaverr) reported

    @uhXena @Bell Bell is terrible

  • MacDonaldRK3 Robert MacDonald (@MacDonaldRK3) reported

    @8ateTech @TorontoDefiant @Bell That isn't the point, they are Offering and taking the money for a package, that cannot be realized by the customer, because they don't give the customer the Hub 4000, to get it. Would you pay 150K for a Porsche, that had a Omni engine in it?

  • DeadTired666 DeadTired666.eth (@DeadTired666) reported

    Well. @Bell you managed to turn an angry customer into a satisfied customer. Well played sers.

    @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Been there done that .They creat a ticket that goes nowhere with no follow up and nothing gets done. I'll just switch providers.The service won't be any better but at least I won't be giving my money to bell and Starlink for HSI bye bye bell 👋

    @Bell Pathetic customer experience getting on to your fibe internet connection. I've been taking follow ups over follow ups and still there is no result. After repeated follow ups I get a tech visit for today and that too gets cancelled. Another "whoops we are sorry".

    @Bell_Support what is going on? We haven’t had internet for almost two days and very poor communication about your progress in fixing it. It’s not just my household it’s everyone in the area with Bell internet.

  • MikeMacHitchman Michael G. Hitchman (@MikeMacHitchman) reported

    @Bell there, everything should be working, this network has a tendency to pressure me into good connections to do repairs that aren't needed. Try to prevent that please.

  • DruficeWOAT Drufice the WOAT (@DruficeWOAT) reported

    @uhXena @Bell The price is BAD. Internet alone is $136 for me. I said decent meaning that its a reliable service. Honestly, I've been thinking a out switching back to Rogers because I was getting more or less the same service, PLUS cable for less than that. In short, I was agreeing with you.
