Same day service from @bell is a joke! Tech from @bel_support doesn’t show up, even doesn’t call for anything! Internet is down since Wednesday late night and customer has to wait for service until Monday for an unknown time!

@taay_yoo @Bell I cancelled my service in March, thank god I recorded the call, because in august they sent me a bill saying I just cancelled at the end of July . They are awful to deal with

@jaycola @Bell_Support That's despicable, Bell. Surely, you could work with a rep from a house of worship to negotiate some terms. It's unconscionable there would be a $2,375 fee to cancel. By not negotiating you're creating a domino effect whereby Bell will lose a lot of business going forward.

@virginplus_fr @Bell_Support It's working now. I thought it might resolve if I just gave it a bit of time. Thanks. (I knew it wasn't a problem with the account when it gave the same message for two different accounts.)

@Bell "The network you choose matters" - so think twice about choosing Bell. Honoring deals matters, & Bell does not. Wife spoke to CSR re: better deal for our 5of6 out-of contract devices. A deal was made to save ~$100/m. Next bill comes - no change. 1/

@Bell_Support Hey belo is there a reason why your customer service agents are extremely pushy? I wanted to get a quote on your internet so I can discuss it with my husband and your Customer service agent would not listen to me and became extremely pushy.
