    @Bell_Support daughter dropped my phone it’s cracked asked bell if they could help my device balance they offered me $250 credit but when I said I wanted to do the upgrade in store suddenly they couldn’t give me any credit I said Rogers would give $350 to switch guy said sorry

    @Bell With working from home, we exceed 350GB, so we are paying $180 a month. I wonder what we would pay if we exceed the cap for the 50Mbps service? Yes, you do have to pay about $600 for Starlink’s equipment, but I can easily recoup that after about a year Thoughts?

    @Bell_Support Thank you. Rebooted the modem. But still issues. Good to know it’s not a widespread outage. Should help us to narrow things down.

    @Bell_Support Why do you need my account information for technical support? Do you get people pretending they need support or something? My Bell Fibe keeps giving me error 1000 and 1001. Unplugging or using reboot on the menu doesn't help. What is the next step?
