Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Gary Russ 🌷 (@GaryRussV8) reported@Bell Bell is segregating people based on covid vaccination status. You have fired own employees based on inhumane covid policy. I will never buy any product signed by Bell.
-
マイケル・ロビンソン (@TekTytanMike) reported@Bell I am having issues with throughput. is the home hub 3000 going to be replaced with the hh4000 anytime soon? Bell Canada is using them now but i would like to use something better as well. on the 1.5 gbps package and the 3k only has 1gbps ports. anyway i can get a swap for the 4k?

BS (@Meowleesi) reported@Bell_Support why is my internet down?
-
Dave Woodley (@TheW00dley) reported@Bell_Support I will do as long as it doesn’t result in the suggestion I was provided twice before that I should own multiple cellphones in order to test the network for the company.
-
Dave Woodley (@TheW00dley) reported@Bell_Support Coming up on 24 hours of Bell cell service cutting out every minute. Calls disconnect after less than a minute, so no way to make emergency services. 148 users affected downtown Ottawa with no sign of solution. How is that acceptable!!!

Kamara Toffolo (@kamaratoffolo) reported@Bell_Support No thanks. I'll go direct to HQ. My experience via your Twitter DM support has been terrible. Just thought you might have some sort of general update on the status of the towers.
-
MegMan (@Megman17) reported@Bell @BNNBloomberg sorry Bell have to cancel my tv and home phone.
-
Greg (@GregoryVida) reported@Bell I’ve never been so frustrated. I’ve talked to 5 people about others being able to access my account. No one can figure it out. This is a major privacy issue and you can’t fix it? Have a manager call me or I’ll call the CRTC
-
Kamara Toffolo (@kamaratoffolo) reported@Bell_Support any plans to actually repair whatever damage the cell towers in Ottawa experienced? I've been having to call my clients as close as Toronto on WhatsApp which is beyond absurd.
-
Jack (@TheMassiveW) reported@Bell_Support Actually Bell does not understand. You have a really bad reputation and now I am experiencing what I have heard. No call back means nobody cares. All lies from Bell management. @Bell
