@Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s petty change for them. But because these companies are used to being the ones that charge others to use their service, they refuse to buy in when it’s the other way around. Their own greed is getting in the way of public safety.

The level of incompetence with @bell and @Bell_Support is mind boggling. Just spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with a supervisor lecturing me that I owe money after my service was cancelled. Based on billing dates not monthly service dates. Was lectured and talked down to
