@RogersHelps a long time ago we broke up. I’m feeling really bad about this now that @Bell_Support has taken advantage of me. I thought they were different, I was so wrong. Can you have me back? I want to keep my number. Bell can’t take that away from me. #grassisnevergreener

@Bell came home to no internet. Your tech support says it’s a planned outage for 48 hours in Toronto. This is unacceptable. 2 business days? No notification!? In 2022? Unacceptable

@Bell_Support I spent 45 minutes in a chat room one day and got cut off. I tried a few days later and spend just shy of that only to find out the person in the chat does not do business accounts. Instead of transferring the chat or solving the problem I was politely told - phone the (1 of 2)

@Bell Bell refuses to repair land lines as they are being decommissioned in march 2023 in some areas. Despite paying for a land line technicians are not being sent out to fix them. Shame on Bell leaving paying customers vulnerable.

@Bell_Support Hi, I thought your services were great. But I'm not happy. The WIFI in my house does not work most of the time & when I asked for help all I was given was advice to upgrade the modem by paying an additional $7 & when I asked for pods instead I was asked to pay again

@Bell_Support #BellLetsTalk about how you won’t help me with my brand new phone that doesn’t work. I’ve spoken to 4 agents now and they expect me to return my phone and wait 7-10 days to get a new one back? This is a work phone. Please help me make sense of this.
