@Bell can you please update your network outage page. It’s been over 15 hrs with your network equipment problem. The information says it was to be fixed by now. My online inquiry landed me to a site that wanted to charge me to answer the question.

@Bell_Support Thanks. 7 calls. Got the total runaround each time. There's a problem, there's no problem, it's your phone, it's your SIM, 100's of people have the same problem, oh, imnonly seeing 2 tickets in the last 2 weeks. Not trustworthy. @SamsungCanada looking like it's a software issue.

@Bell_Support Not in outage area. Vmedia escalated my internet issue to bell. Bell called me and I was put on hold by the automated machine over 40 mins ago. No hold music. Have I been disconnected? I don't have a ticket number or anything to call back with because my issue got escalated.

@Bell_Support My power went out. It only took @HydroOne a little over an hour to fix it. But @Bell_Support takes hours and hours to solve their issues.

@Legendod1 @Bell_Support Yeah, they are a joke company, didn’t you know that? And only offer nice to a new customer and treat **** to the existing customer. They will tell you like “oh yeah, you have always right to leave from us. We do our best. I’m sorry if you feel that way”. Good lack
