@C_Weynerowski @Bell That’s really such a shame that they treat customers like this! Worst part of my day was that I got transferred to a supervisor who didn’t help me AT ALL with my concern and just decided to transfer my call somewhere else without even informing me.

So my internet is down (thank you, @Bell). This will either be my most productive day in months, or the day I finally "go out for a pack of smokes"

@Bell we have 0 internet options at our house. We were forced to buy a Turbo Hub for our kids to do virtual learning. Day 5 with the turbo hub and we got locked out for data overages. This is going to cost $500+/month, easily. Any help/discounts for a 12+yr customer? @LFPress

@Nilan3073 @Bell_Support Oh so why have you never switched. I just switched to videotron and between my two cell phones and tv and internet I’m saving 77 dollars a month for two years and even after two years I’m saving 55 dollars compared to what I was paying

I am shocked at all the ways Bell has used to destroy one small person like myself. That's how petty leaders @Bell are. Every step I took towards progress to function better, let alone be successful at it, they sent 2 new problems my way to put me back on floor #BellLetsTalk

I have a great idea to improve customer service! Companies like @bell should have to discount your bill based on the number of minutes they make you wait on hold. #CustomerService

@Bell_Support - I've been DM-ing you but you're not answering. So I am going to discuss publicly the shitshow that just happened with your customer service.

@eric_habs @Bell_Support I am with you 💯, I was done with Bell when they told me that they would not offer me any credits or a free movie channel extra ... for not have internet service because I never actually lost service !! Honestly if it were my choice I would’ve switched to Vidéotron, even w/PKP.

@Bell after a bunch of back and forth of messages, nothing had happened. It’s been 6 months that Bell by mistake blocked our long distance provider. Since August and after many times of calling and follow ups, the issue is not resolved. Every time we call, it takes 2-3 hours
