    @Bell_Support @jimdabir Same problem at my mother-in-laws place in Kanata, ON. Waited with her all day for tech to arrive. No one showed up. Was told by Bell chat that others in the area have the same problem. Not fixed and we still can't call her.

    okay so I live in a city of about 100,000 people. my cellular is with @bell and my wifi is with @TELUS . neither work worth a crap. im lucky to have one bar of mobile service from my house... in the city. My wifi barely works. These are supposed to be two of the best here. 😕 ok.

    @Fongo_Mobile What is your experience with customers using Fongo Home phone over @FidoSolutions Home internet? My father may be porting away from @Bell_Support for home phone service but only if there are no isp block issues with Fido.

    @RogersHelps The big outage was not enough. Your service could not be any worse. 4 outages in 3 days. Average at least 1 outage per week for the last 5 months. Hours each time. Glad technical support “understands my frustration” @Bell coming your way!

    Hey @Bell_Support , spoke with somebody last week about a major issue regarding my finaces account. Was told someone from the financial team would be in contact within 48 hours. To date, still have not heard from anybody an account is still not resolved. Can you help?
