    @Bell_Support any plans to actually repair whatever damage the cell towers in Ottawa experienced? I've been having to call my clients as close as Toronto on WhatsApp which is beyond absurd.

    wow @Bell_Support , you guys are trying to tell me i'm might have to pay for tech's screw up. your tech removed our wiring for phones and didnt fix it after i pointed it out to him.

    @Bell_Support Coming up on 24 hours of Bell cell service cutting out every minute. Calls disconnect after less than a minute, so no way to make emergency services. 148 users affected downtown Ottawa with no sign of solution. How is that acceptable!!!

    @Bell_Support Talked to a manager and just banged my head against a wall. Now marketing is supposed to call me to keep me as a customer. You lost how the customer experience is supposed to work.

    @Bell_Support I will do as long as it doesn’t result in the suggestion I was provided twice before that I should own multiple cellphones in order to test the network for the company.

    @Bell_Support My Bell Fibre was great until this last few weeks. Now very spotty! Not my wifi (direct to modem bad as well). Service up and down like a yoyo. Is this a Toronto Bell problem?

    Abysmal Service at Bell Canada has not allowed us to receive calls since Friday June 3rd. @bell @bellsupport string of constant excuses. #cityofmarkham

    @Bell worst company around , they dont care about their customers... i know i had a customer service agent tell me exactly that. Was with them for almost 20 yrs, left over a decade ago and never went back. Garbage company
