@Bell_Support - what a terrible company. Shockingly poor service. I have no clue what I'm getting for $260 a month. I work from home and live alone, and need cable and internet. I currently have neither. I need and deserve better than this. We all do.

@WittyAmazon @JaneMoneypenny @Bell_Support If you have the energy yes do it but I suggest for $7000 mistake to sue for the money & the stress & humiliation of begging them to fix it and holding you hostage & causing you severe stress for 18 mnths

YO @Bell, why TF did you disable the rewind function for your on demand shows? REALLY annoying, walked away from show that I was 30 minutes into (45 min show) and forgot to pause it. Re-watching the whole show for 15 min ending SUCKS! #fail #letusrewind

@DPocroianu @KTinnovate @Bell_Support I'm sorry you went through this; clearly you are an ethical employee who was abused by them. I can see them doing it too; they owe me $7000 in overcharges for a plan they never activated and throttled internet over 18 months. And they couldn't care less.

@JaneMoneypenny @Bell_Support They make a majority of profits on the mistakes that Bell intentionally causes and punishes employees who are hones like myself & try to truly help customers & do the right thing but they use front line workers to do their ***** work & threaten to fire them if they don't lie to u
