@Bell_Support My internet is down ... McLevin and Tapscott (Scarborough Area) ... How long will this be fix? I need to work soon?

  • LyndseyWhale Lyndsey Whale (@LyndseyWhale) reported

@Bell you dug on my property without my permission & knocked out my current internet with Rogers. Now I can’t work from home & need to take time from work to have Rogers come fix what you did. What do you intend to do about this?

  • JaneMoneypenny Valarie Findlay (@JaneMoneypenny) reported

@KTinnovate @Bell_Support Livid. They've admitted to negligently not applying the new contract, overcharging me thousands. So I dumped their services, Still fighting to get back my money back. If I stopped payment, they'd terminate my services and claim I was in breach the old contract. Despicable.

  • trevk trevk (@trevk) reported

@Bell_Support This morning it seems ok, but it cut out a few times yesterday and around 12:00 midnight for a bit.

  • rollwithheather Heather J Wood (@rollwithheather) reported

And the worst thing is - one has to it everyone year or @bell will just raise my rates & lower my service level without telling me. The call centre person was like "wow, you're paying $105 a month for just #Fibe50?"

  • natallybee Natalie Bee (@natallybee) reported

I honestly do not know what is going on with @Bell 's wifi. How is the internet so bad that I've been kicked out of class 7 times in an hour? Group meeting? No. Asking can you hear me so much it's the whole meeting. You know we all have to be in school online right?

  • knuclehairshav1 Hi (@knuclehairshav1) reported

@Bell Within a year you’ll be paying double that. They can increase the price all the want so the customer is always screwed.

  • ItsBrettLewis Brett (@ItsBrettLewis) reported
