@bell: We’ll send a technician tomorrow between 8am and 12pm to fix this, and you must be home for the entire visit. Me: *doesn’t go to work* *looks at the time* oh sick they didn’t show up, what a surprise.

I'm in the process of moving to a new place and I've had to call many different companies for that. All terrible experiences except for @Bell ! They resolved an issue I was worried about almost immediately after my request. Twitter isn't always for complaining with hashtags!

@jessedriftwood1 @nath_robz @Bell Is there nothing contractual that they have to provide, like say a minimum speed, or is there an equivalent Canadian watchdog like the information commissioner here in the UK that you could complain to... Seem pretty bad to be getting such slow speeds and service bro.

Hey @Bell, way to kick a guy when he’s going through a COVID divorce. @AnnDooseTO moved her phone to her own account and now you’re hitting me with a $368 “cancellation fee” even though you haven’t lost a customer. “Let’s Talk” about THAT.

@ChantaeCandize @Bell_Support I’ve had no issues service wise, just pricing. What’s insane was presented with bells offer to me they said “we don’t price match”. It’s only when they get the call from the porting department do they suddenly go from sorry we can’t do better to, here’s your deal.

Looking at a fresh phone contract and after today, I'm even more convinced @TELUS , @Rogers and @Bell all sit in a room and fix prices. Telus want $90 "connection" fee - we're already Telus customers. Are you kidding me!
