The told me due to some error last month that I owe 400. Idk how but I paid it down to 47. To find again the same issue apparently they didnt get my payment and I now owe 130 and then the same day 300. So in a matter of weeks Ive sent @Bell over 400 dollars.

@Bell After an escalation, I got a technician first thing this morning and he fixed the issues. What I found hilarious is for a telecom company helpline (business and landlines from menu) not to recognize voltage or to think PBX is a game console then try to gaslight me. Thank you

@Bell Oct 3rd. I wait and call Oct 4th. They say it’s now Oct 29th! We work from home, internet and Tv is continually freezing, video chats for work don’t work! How can it almost 2 months to fix?! And no guarantees it will be - bell will not provide anything in writing

Sick and tired of @Bell After I dealt with a full situation back in 2022. Where the corporate team even apologized, now I’m getting calls saying I owe money? Excuse me? When I called your customer service just now the girl said I don’t see anything.. wtf?
