    @LukeWilliamsL2 @Bell We have clients with multiple cable/DSL lines, and they never remotely check both for issues, only one. Then they send a tech, and they don't even acknowledge the second line. Three days later, we send our own tech, and it's working again.

    My internet with @Bell is not working. Customer support says: sorry, we cannot fix it online. However, if you are a bell mobility customer, we will provide you with free data; otherwise, we don't have an option. @Bell Are you trying to monopolize here? #Bell

    @Bell waiting since 2 days for my internet to be active. Was promised instant activation as I have WFH and had been wasting money on alternatives. Called CC no positive response. Just asked to wait. It's been 48+ hrs I have received modem but no service. Terrible experience.

    @GunterNine @Bell Ready for their issue today... they thought I was stealing my Internet because the IP address and the home address didn't match, so they shut down my connection. Apparently, changing the address isn't part of their moving service. Now I have no Internet today.
