Hey @Bell "customer self service" is NOT the same as "customer service". See, the part where I do it myself without your help means this isn't customer service. This is letting subscribers fend for themselves and then taking credit.

@Bell_Support @Bell Spent 6 hours, and talking to 12 different agents on the phone today trying to speak with a supervisor who can help me with something... How can a company be so poorly run with no staff that can do anything. What a joke.

**** @bell for keeping me on chat for an hour then transferring me to a phone call for 30 more minutes just to "troubleshoot" an issue by signing me up for more services just to land on "yeah actually u just cant watch that sorry"

The CRTC has sold the interests of Canadians down the river. But rather than get mad at @Bell Canada, @Telus and @Rogers for reaming us, we're going with Starlink. If we're going to pay a high price for internet, it might as well be the best.

@carebearica @Bell If you have a phone book around there is a phone number on Page 8 that takes you to the executive offices. When I worked at Bell they hated when I showed customers that number, but it used to get results. **** rolls faster downhill as they say.
