@rastasack I used to work for @Bell. I retired 15 years ago and dumped all of their services. When I shut down my services they owed me $10 for an overcharge. For several months they threatened me to pay them the amount that was shown on my bill as a credit. Unbelievable stupidity.

@Bell_Support Well I got your attention but no resolution. what is the point of 1 calling service 2 tweeting 3 filling out a survey 4 escalating the concern when there is no action!? Yes I was called but NO PROGRESS Why cant this be resolved this week?
