@Bell_Support Service has been perfect, flawless for the last year then suddenly mid December it’s going off and on every day. Techs can’t figure why. Modems replaced, box on street upgraded, SFP replaced. WTH?

@Bell, the router for your home fiber internet resets it's settings with every power outage, even as short as 30 seconds, I'm sure you already know how stupid this is? Don't you? Really??

@BellMediaPR Finally got tv/internet service back after being down 48 hours(450 area code). NOW Bell’s CNBC feed is wrong. Happens very often (not a @CNBC issue). Fix it @Bell

  • HeadCaseMTLGRM Ryan Muirhead (@HeadCaseMTLGRM) reported

@Bell_Support No internet since Friday night, in Quebec. So, if I gather correctly, as long as it's about minus 30 outside, Bell customers will continue to pay for a service (The Internet) which cannot be provided. Is that correct?

  • jazcan Tracey Hamilton (@jazcan) reported

@ItsLeeWilliams @Bell_Support Hmmm, we are having the same issue. Modem reboots once a day with no warning. Very upsetting considering the ridiculous price we pay that seems to increase monthly. We have been bell customers forever but it just might be time for a change.
