@ThatWasTheory @Bell The lines to my house have been messed up for 5+yrs and there's nothing I can really do about it. I know it's an L either way but the Rogers lines just aren't cuttin' it and they will not replace them because one customer is having issues with inconsistent upload

@Comd_RCN_34 @Bell_Support @RogersHelps Had our service setup last week at 1.5Gbps, they actually had me on their 100Mbps service. How these things happen is beyond me.

@Bell_Support So who exactly is available to help with outages between midnight and 7am EST??? No signal. No one available to help. Massive profits, yet you can't be bothered to support your customers. WTF, @Bell?

@Bell_Support Internet in my neighbourhood (Woodbine-Lumsden) has been out since ~1pm yesterday. Unacceptable. I need it to do my job. Hotspotting from my @RogersMobileCa phone barely gets me by. Really missing @beanfield and their reliable service.
