@APaddyInCanada @Bell_Support For those affected by the internet outage in Toronto, WIFI still down this morning at 7 AM in Toronto. Tech support says estimated fix time sometime between 9:30 am and 1:30 PM making this a 24+ hour outage.

Hey @Bell_Support any updates from the outage?? I will have troubles at work if I can’t connect today

  • yodaddeo GM (@yodaddeo) reported

@Bell_Support - “it’ll be fixed by 930”. Nope. Still down. That’s officially 24 hours of disrupted service now.

  • dm661213 DM661213 (@dm661213) reported

@CAguilarTO @Bell_Support Ah that sucks... they were the cheapest with their own network.

  • dixonrg Robert Dixon (@dixonrg) reported

@p8r8s @Bell_Support @Bell This. Post updates on Twitter; don't tell people to DM and not reply. We're working from home and need to plan. Surely the engineers know how long it will take to fix? Maybe they're worried we'll build some kind of complaining Twitter army but ... we'd need internet for that.

  • pedroponte_ Pedro Ponte (@pedroponte_) reported

@Bell_Support Internet outage in my area since 9am. I was told it would be fixed by 1:00pm. It's 6:50pm and is still out. I called technical support and got vague responses and zero concern for the impairment caused given I work from home.

  • JKor24 J (@JKor24) reported

@dm661213 @APaddyInCanada @Bell_Support Thanks man. They quoted 9:30am last night but now 9:30-1:30, so it might go longer. Looks like construction crew did pretty severe damage to a main fibre cable line.

@MattBarnaby3636 @Bell @Bell_Support Bell is too busy killing jobs at radio stations around the country to pay its shareholders. Bell doesnt give a **** about anyone. #endbellletstalk
