@Bell_Support /3 TV Tech was to arrived before 5pm, never showed up. Called in and they rescheduled for next day. Then at 7:30 in the dark a stranger opens our door walks straight into my home, unmasked. We were in complete shock.

@bell @bell_support I must admit that the technical abilities of your support is perhaps worse than I have ever seen. Troubleshooting problems is key to solving problems and nobody seems to know how to troubleshoot a problem that isn’t in their standard toolbox of checks.
