Dear @bell my husband is shouting because your phone person is a blundering idiot & assumes that customers know your various codes/numbers etc and asking for an obscure code reference (approval number) that he does not have & has no idea where to find it. Make your systems

@Bell_Support I’m not sure what doing my account will do when the person we are on the phone with can’t seem to understand anything & expects us to have the working knowledge of your systems. It’s quite remarkable how user unfriendly your customer service is.

@Bell_Support I have a T1 line in Lunenburg,NS and the upload speed has dropped significantly with 0 changes to settings and not improving with a computer or modem reboot. Is there a local outage or work being done that would cause that?

  • squareheadmugo John Muller (@squareheadmugo) reported

@Bell_Support I called support and they said they could send a technician in 27-32 hours. How can that be 'service' ! In the past a technician has come from a different zone to service our lines.
