    Hey @Bell and @ISED_CA I'm disappointed to say that I haven't received bill credit that was promised to me by one of your executive. I raised 2 tickets for this issue, but it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back from anyone Can you please look into this #customerservice

    well, after multiple calls to @Bell_Support, with a couple promises that a manager would call me back (never did), after 15 business days (they said 2-5) my new cell phone is out for delivery. Sorry excuse of loyal customer service.

    There is zero reason why @Bell should be trying to strongarm me into paying for a"Bell Tech Expert" to unblock ports as a premium service just to game and stream without a VPN. Even better when the next tech rep tells me there's no way they can do that apparently, paid or not.

    @Bell customer service sucks. Doing the math, over a 10 yr period, they will have gotten from me (for cell phones and internet and TV) close to $50k!!! Yet they can’t provide me with any support, credits, etc? Time to look elsewhere but they and @rogerstv have monopolized industr

    @Bell My Bell internet has been cutting in and out for months. Today alone 5 times. My Fibe TV app isn’t casting. I’m paying 200 bucks a month, for WHAT? I spent hours on the phone Monday trying to rectify the poor service. Time to find an alternative!

    Hey @Bell when do you think youll be installing quality internet in the Bonnechere Valley? You charge me for "up to " 10mbs yet the net cant hit over 6mb/s ever. I got better service with Virgin
