As usual @Bell_Support hits it out of the park with zero communication, completely different stories and ETAs depending who you get on the phone, and even on-site techs who say it isn’t their issue #bell #OutageUpdate come on, guys:it’s your own low bar of standards you can’t hit

@Bell_Support Wouldn’t you just write “the outage has been cleared please reset the equipment?” You must be aware of whether it’s still an issue or not. If it’s not, then say it in the tweets, it is then don’t tell us to reset out equipment. Seems simple.
