@ImpairedCRONIC @Bell_Support Techs who are here now believe the issue is in the fibre line coming in to the neighbourhood box and say they will indicate this in their notes…again. They also say they have trouble escalating issues like this, and have been hung up on just like I have been. WTF @Bell !

@Bell_Support The box in question was left with the doors wide open for several days shortly after the storm in May caused severe damage here. Internet hasn’t been the same since.

@Bell_Support It seems to be ok now. Does your support team make outbound calls to do diagnostics on services (we got a call last weekend about stuttering services but they never called back).
