Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Amhranaiocht Heather (@Amhranaiocht) reported

Double check your phones this morning. Ours both changed the time from GMT+4 to GMT+5 this morning, randomly. Android problem or something for @Bell_Support ?

  • grvsmn Gaurav Suman (@grvsmn) reported

@Bell something up with your network provided time ? It seems that DST is over in your provided time. That’s not accurate. See screenshot from phone and same thing on my Apple Watch cellular- it’s set to “automatic”. Have restarted devices

  • milly2381 Oakley 🇩🇪 (@milly2381) reported

@Bell_Support why did my network clock change fall back an hour when it shouldn't till Nov 7 ???

  • MikeHendley Mike Hendley (@MikeHendley) reported

Three of the four @Apple iPhones in our house decided the time change was this morning. I believe the issue lies with @Bell.

  • darryljdesousa DJD (@darryljdesousa) reported

@Bell you are so stupid for the one hour back in time today! Fix my phone time!!

  • ARCanning Amanda Canning (@ARCanning) reported

@Focalocity @Bell_Support My Bell network cell phone is still showing the wrong time here in #novascotia

  • DeterNET Chris Detering (@DeterNET) reported

@Bell_Support I don’t know how close you guys get with contacting the engineers but the time issue appears to be with the automatic timezone entry on the network, it appears to be set to Atikokan instead of Toronto.

  • sommerville34 Mathew. (@sommerville34) reported

So @bell started charging me more last month to “improve our service” and this is what I got.. #HourLateClub #daylightsavings

  • Whisky_Yak The Royal Canadian Kilted व्हिस्की याक्समेन (@Whisky_Yak) reported

@mbouf @Bell_Support Just did the same thing and noticed that if I use the "date and time provided by network" option, it automatically puts me in the wrong time zone (Atikokan, GMT -5), but if I turn that off and set it manually to the right zone (Toronto, GMT -4), it's OK.

  • badsquishy86 Nicholas Burke (@badsquishy86) reported

@Bell_Support why is your network telling my phone it's 6:07am when in fact it's 7:07am? I have to turn off automatic time setting in order to have the correct date and time.
