@Bell_Support is there an issue in Atlantic Canada? Their Twitter page is closed for the day and can’t get any help. Seems to be island wide.

@Bell had the worst experience this morning trying to get service - I called the number to fix my bell fibe (that you post on the screen), first got someone who tried to sell me mobile service, then transferred to someone who tried to sell me home security

  • anncinzar Ann Cinzar (@anncinzar) reported

@Bell_Support Can someone call me directly who can provide the service I need?

  • Franpan89 Danklin 🐢 Felano Roosevelt 🌹 (@Franpan89) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support Your customer service s*cks and your systems are broken. Why do you not charge my credit card on file which is set as automatic payment? You have the details but you need me to log in every month to re-enter the details to pay my bill? Seriously broken.

  • AmandaRisser1 Amanda Mae Risser (@AmandaRisser1) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@UniforTheUnion @Bell why would an employee that doesn't get the same pension, etc. vote yes to strike to support people they don't even know and possibly lose money(income) and/or their job? They have nothing to gain from it. They aren't 'brothers' and 'sisters' as u say.
