My Internet just went out for a minute. Seriously, @Bell, I don't care if it's 6am, or 4am, you owe me a phone call at least to tell me what's going on. Technical stuff happens at all hours. Just let me know. OK? I pay you enough money for this service.

@Bell_Support my bell Fibe 4K receiver has been stuck on the bell fibe logo for a very long time. I’ve tried rebooting, I’ve unplugged and replugged back in and I’m still getting the same result.. how do I fix this?!

I cancelled Rogers and went with @Bell internet instead. Didn’t think it was possible for poorer customer service than Rogers but Bell has achieved the impossible. Wish there were more alternatives for telecommunications to Canadians than these two thieves.

@rastasack Sadly yes thats how they been operating for years. Us the front line workers take the fall for the way the company operates at the top as people for years have been angry at the reps @Bell but reality is that those people fight to help customers but their hands are tied

2/2. What a ******, disingenuous company @Bell is. I asked @Bell_Support for compensation. Nothing offered until I try to cancel. Clearly only doing the bare minimum, even when they massively screw up. Avoid this company at all costs if you have options. #ToHellWithBell #BellLies

@Bell_Support Hi there. Our business has had its lines unavailable for more than a day now. Technicians are giving conflicting reports between the main & Total Connect departments. Calling support via two separate calls and they keep getting disconnected on pickup. Help!

May 12 came and went, and now @Bell and @Bell_Support are saying May 28. Need permit to lay line. Amazing, since I have "fiber straight to house". Can't explain why they need to lay line. Close to 2 months late. Tried to cancel, all of a sudden compensation is possible. 1/2
