    @Bell_Support HELP! We had to pay over $520+tax for a total of 9 GB of data overage and fees. An EPP corp plan (6GB, 250 min, 3 yrs term @$60+) that Bell didn’t renew since 2016. Bell did not send us any alerts, texts, warning of any kind about data overage while we’re working remotely ++

    @Bell_Support I don’t know how close you guys get with contacting the engineers but the time issue appears to be with the automatic timezone entry on the network, it appears to be set to Atikokan instead of Toronto.

    I sure hope my wife and I don’t lose our jobs due to being an hour late because of this time setting error with @Bell. What a horrible start to the week, client cancellations abound. @Bell_Support
