@Bell @Bell_Support Wife (existing bell customer) called Bell to see if she can get a better deal (aka pay less) on Fibe Internet and the rep tried to upsell her for a higher bandwidth for just $5 more. Is this customer centric or Bell centric?

  • troymore Troy More (@troymore) reported

Why is it that when @bell screws up it's the customer who has to do the work to fix it? Do they offer any compensation for the hassle and extra work? Of course not.

  • Druski27 Curly0007 (@Druski27) reported

@PPistone That’s racing Pete. I feel bad for @bell I do and I’m not saying the move is okay, BUT Dale Earnhardt hit a seagull at Daytona. We didn’t suspend the seagull. We don’t suspend the guy that causes the big on at talladega because there were innocent playoff drivers involved either.

  • Do_Good_Stuff Tracie (@Do_Good_Stuff) reported

@Bell_Support dealing with your agents who are completely rude. How do I log a complaint and get support?

Hey @bell. My 77yo mother in law has been without her landline for 4 days. You keep giving her a timeline to fix it but not fixing it. The landline is supposed to be reliable and keep her safe!!! Help!

  • PeterChristofi3 Peter (@PeterChristofi3) reported

@Ryan_r_Williams Speaking for my father...who is almost 70 years old and has just a flip phone gets charge 13$ from @Bell cause the phone uses 0.7 - 1.00 MB a month. Bell's solution was for my dad to spend 2.5$ a month to block data and not tell him to go in phone settings to click "no data".

@Basel_Sabbagh @Bell @Bell_Support Oh wow. Hopefully they fix whatever the issue is and get you back up and running.

  • IiInates Nate Mcpherson (@IiInates) reported

My biggest mistake of 2022 was switching from @Bell to Rogers. @Bell you're about to have a new customer again!

  • rwanchoo Rohit Wanchoo (@rwanchoo) reported

@Bell_Support being told by your support exec that Wi-Fi pods are meant to connect to router via wifi only and not over Ethernet. Either your support executive is naive or not properly educated on Wi-Fi pod devices. FYI, one of my wifi pod is connected to router over Ethernet
