@Bell_Support @bell Haven’t had my Fibe for 2 hours and already canceling. Sales person at my door told me I would get the “Better” TV package and they give me the “Good”. Tell me nothing they can do, I can’t even cancel for 5-7 days as they say I have no acct number yet. wow!!!

@Bell can you make the service in my Town work? Only one person in my house can be on WiFi and you've told us we'd be getting better internet for years. Follow through because this is embarrassing

@Bell Like seriously, I don’t get what I pay for EVER. I’m being blatantly ripped off, and you guys never give a **** when I contact Bell about it. Terrible company, would not recommend buying the services Bell has to offer.

So 811 was able to get me an appointment with the nurse practitioner for Sunday. Which ok. I can white knuckle it until then. Which means around 4 days without meds thanks to @bell being greedy ***** & turning off my service. Did it make me pay them any faster? No.

@Bell Why is the internet quality of this company so ******* bad. I barely get 10MB/s download speed, and whenever there’s more than a SINGLE device doing something, the internet takes a dump. Terrible service.

So, @Bell, this just happened: I got a call from one of your representatives asking if I had any complaints, then I politely explained one issue I'm facing. I get asked to wait and the call is put on hold. The representative disconnects the call. Such great customer service, eh?!

Um @Bell_Support is there an outage within your company? My internet just stopped working. I have reset my modem, as well as all of my devices. Still too slow or just not working. Help, please and thanks!
