@Xcaliper @Bell My educated guess is that they are putting in more towers for 5G, and therefore having to reduce the transmission power of existing LTE radios. But I may be full of ****.

@Bell_Support ... how many calls into your customer service do I need to make to get reliable internet and tv service for what I pay monthly? Even after upgrades, new equipment and pods?

@Xcaliper @Bell @Rogers Heather, Rogers service is just as spotty this year. I run both to even out the coverages, but getting garbage with both.

It is truly unfortunate that @bell is the absolute worst. Today's drama is that Bell texted me a threatening message saying that I was nearing my "credit limit" and if it got any worse my phone service would be cut off. I was (I think understandably) alarmed.

@Bell I have never, ever seen poorer cell service along the St. John River valley in years. Zero service at Evandale, Queenstown, Foshay, Washdemoak; limited service (one or two bars) at Gagetown and all the way to Oromocto. Might have to check out @Rogers

@Bell_Support One of your guys came out to fix it. Great service on his part. Apparently the box in our area is extremely overloaded. Now you just need to stop charging people when you don’t perform any services and then I’ll be happy.

@Bell and other companies why when I call for help do your employees tell me they are located in the Philippines? I am in Canada and my services are in Canada and I bought my products in Canada. @JustinTrudeau

@Bell seems to have apparently decided to use a summer long weekend to do major network work and adjustments, leaving millions of people in several Canadian provinces with totally unreliable internet for hours at a time, if not complete outages. Good move Bell.

However this still left me needing a new mobile plan. So I shopped around and it became clear that only @Bell can dependably offer mobile service at my new home. As I work from home and spend most of my time there that meant I had no choice but Bell.
