You know what’s poor customer service, @Bell? It’s when one of your agents calls to try to sell me unsolicited offers because I am a “loyal customer”, and they HANG UP on me when I reply that I’m not interested. Sadly, it’s not the first time.

@gordoooo_z @Bell It’s possible it could be the cable. I actually had a bell technician come and install a cable but I think it’s only a cat 5 so that could be the issue. I appreciate your input.

@KevinWind3 I receive texts twice quite often. I’ve always blamed it on the absolute garbage cell coverage from @Bell .

@JackNJillPiatos @Bell @Bell_Support Funny, the EXACT same thing happened to us. Told it was a street issue and tech would be there between 12-5 next day and no one showed. Now I’m told there was no ticket and that it’s a network outage in my area.

@Bell_Support just consistently tell us they are looking into our issue and will call us in a week, yet never do. This has happened 3 times. For a communications company they suck at communicating. I just want a call back and my problem resolved.

Hey @Bell_Support - who runs the secretive CGI desk? I have a three week old issue that has been escalated but nobody will give me a contact number, name, or help desk ticket number.
