    Apparently @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have customers anymore. Just spoke with their rep, who informed me that they will compensate me for 1 day of outage, i.e. $2.50(for each line I own). I’m switching all my lines to @Bell #rogersoutage #rogersdown

    @Bell_Support I’m trying to call to make acct changes and the call always drops when it gets to the privacy/monitored call spiel. Are the lines down or am I missing something??

    @skimmmms @Bell yea they will never grandfather you into a better plan, the onus is always on the customer to deal with their garbage.

    @Bell My bell bill is $200 this month for slow internet and phone only because Bell has a monopoly in my area. IMO

    Bad enough we pay outrageous prices for our internet in #Canada but when @Eastlink slows to halt we have to burn our expensive data plans on our mobile from @Bell. The Canadian public definitely isn’t getting its share shake when it comes to telecommunication and internet.

    @Bell I would never use Bell again because your customer support is absolutely useless. On the phone for an hour on every issue and on hold for most of that time.

    @CRTCeng Northern Canada percentage must be too small for @Bell for the north to receive the same service as southern Canada. #sadbuttrue
