which was not what she was told would be installed and would defeated the whole point of us contacting @Bell to switch the service. The @Bell_Support tech told her that it could be done but they needed to redo the order and that someone from @Bell_Support will call to confirm.

So fed up with @Bell so freaking expensive for archaic technology for their sattelite systems. Can't record 2 shows and watch live tv! Charge an arm and a leg for garbage. Won't even consider a discount for their customers.

My sister and her husband took a day off work to be with my grandmother who doesn't speak English to help with the installation. The @Bell_Support tech came and told my sister that he was going to install a Fibe "internet" phone line (i.e. one that can go down intermittently)

@Bell_Support why am I on hold during a SCHEDULED call? Where the AGENT CONTACTED ME.... this is 🤬 frustrating. I want to cancel my services now, making me wait on the phone is not going to change that. Wake up

@Bell_Support You disconnected my phone lines without having to confirm with account holder and for that my business got impacted real bad. It was a mistake from your sales representative and I am still suffering and experiencing difficulties which I never initiated.

@Bell only provide customer service when you want to use their service. When you want to cancel, they purposely make you wait on the line forever. How is it possible to put on hold for 45 mins and still going just to check my acct?

My grandmother, who is in her 80s, gets heart palpitations every time the phone line goes down. My sister has been trying to get her an old-school copper land-line from @Bell for about a week. @Bell doesn't seem to want to give my grandmother what she wants (a thread)
