    @FF_MuTeX @Bell Had this happen to me a few months ago bro bought a new modem and everything. Literally the problem was they didn’t provision my modem correctly. Call them and ask them to reprovision it.

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell I had a similar issue when I first got fiber and it was actually condensation build up on the pole where the line comes to my house that was causing a disrupt. Have them climbed the pole ourside and checked the connection there?

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell So I have had this issue and it’s when the pc and modem get confused on which network it should connect to. I use private network (home internet) and my wife had to run a VPN for her work from home and it would cause this to happen. I had to manually restart network on computer

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell How long does it take to restart ? A new router won’t fix it if it’s an default setting needing to be changed , and if it’s not that it could be cables being damaged or even overheating if you have objects around it but I don’t think it’ll be that

    @Bell I’m tweeting you, as I’m at my wits end. My mom is in Europe honouring veterans who were part of the Dieppe Raid in 1942. Put a plan on her phone with lots of time. It has been days. It’s not working. I spoke with 3 people yesterday.

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell I also had this Issue when my modem was not meant for the speeds I was getting causing it to restart as speeds coming in faster than the modem could process

    @Bell These employees assured me she would have her coverage overseas. Well, that is false. I’m sure you are still charging her for the plan she is supposed to have and will give her a hard time upon return. Make this right. Fix this. This isn’t right.

    @Bell In Grey Bruce Ontario Internet/cell phone service has been very weak all day. Rural areas have no service.
