@Bell you are by far the worst service provider I’ve ever had. Your customer service is somehow even worse #pathetic #dobetter

@Bell @Bell_Support Just had a sales rep tell me that your 25 basic TV channel package as the Fibe app is a “streaming service” and I can cancel my other streaming apps like Netflix, Prime once i get it with you. She laughed on my face when i told her it’s not the same thing.

@Bell_Support I don’t need any service from you. What I need is for your call-center employees to understand “No, I am not interested in your latest promotion”. Do you understand THIS?

@Bell so disappointed in your service for longtime customers who have been patient while you continually let us down- your apathy for my lost work time is so disrespectful

@Bell When one of your call centre employees calls me back immediately after I have told them (30 seconds after their 1st call) that I am not interested in your latest promotional offer perhaps it is time for me to un-customer myself from your business. Just sayin’.

@Bell you have officially lost a customer due to your price gouging and the fact that you seem to refuse to fix reported issues with your cell phone services. #stopgouging

Being back in Canada I can switch from the internet browser to anything else and I stay connected. But was told they couldn’t help me. I have wasted over 5 hours and all @Bell says is there was no note.

@Bell_Support After Dming and a hefty security check and a lot of instructions of oh fix this cable fix that cable for 1 hour Bell wants to send a technician in btw 12-5 on a Thursday. To “see” what is wrong. That’s the “earliest” appointment. **** internet service. #bellsucks #bellinternet

@cityofguelph @Bell @telecon. So far in west end of Guelph my dog has walked in an oil spill and fallen in UNMARKED, UNCOVERED hole. Not a happy customer.
