    @Rogers Wanted to upgrade internet. Hooked up modem fine, then told there's a problem that they'd fix in 24hrs. 24hrs later called back. Nothing was done and then told to wait another 24-48 hours for fix. It's now over 48 hours more and no fix. #done #cancelled time for @Bell

    Said phone call gets escalated because they didn’t know how to resolve my issues. I get transferred to the “most knowledgeable” @Bell_Support technician. Them: so would you like to disconnect your service? Me: ARE YOU SERIOUS? Them: we can adjust your bill next month... /8

    Meanwhile, my gf (@kassiormson1) is fighting with @Bell_Support because they also ended up charging her for an additional line to make up for the original one that didn’t connect with her phone. The cut her service off after she questioned why she had two pay for both. /6

    Calling @Bell_Support : I would like to let you know that I still haven’t been charged for the balance of my Watch for couple months now and I had to waste some of my holiday time to wait in store to get this problem resolved and I would like you to be billed appropriately. /4
