Can someone please explain to me like I’m five, why it’s so difficult and immensely frustrating to get billing support over the phone with @Bell @Bell_Support . I’ve paid nearly $700 to Bell this month and they can’t even maintain a call with me without it disconnecting 😡

@bellsong @Bell @AnnDooseTO And the Mobility "specialist" was incredibly rude. He wouldn't listen to what I was saying, talked over me, and insisted I was the one being rude. The two previous customer support people were perfectly pleasant.

I'm in the process of moving to a new place and I've had to call many different companies for that. All terrible experiences except for @Bell ! They resolved an issue I was worried about almost immediately after my request. Twitter isn't always for complaining with hashtags!

I've been on with .@Bell_Support for nearly 40 minutes. Transferred four times, no one knows who to speak to about Bell Hosted DNS. Why do you guys even have this product if no one knows who to call to support it?
