    @Bell_Support is actually the worst. My internet has been down the last two days, and they’ve done NOTHING to fix it. All they’ve done is give me false promises of when my service will be reinstated.

    @Bell_Support There are countless reports of outages in Southern Ontario on websites like downdetecter. Service has been down for almost 2 hours. Error codes 1000 and 2000. Still no update from Bell.

    Got a promo call from @koodo asked how my service was, Honestly told the rep I am looking to either go to the parent company @TELUS or to @Bell, when asked why. 5G and Unlimited data plans that are offered. Easy enough for Koodo to do but they won't. Same Network Bad Service

    @Bell that seems very deliberate to keep a “middle person” between the customer and the people directly responsible for trying to fix the issue. No wonder your service is so horrible. I am going on 7 days of no SMS service with no resolution in sight.

    @Bell_Support Not fully restore. AppleTV still down. Luckily I have a FireCube TV, and it is working.

    @Bell Guess what? When I called today to follow up, the agent told me that the second ticket number could not be found. Shocking! Does @bell care about its customers? Why can your “network back office” people not be reached? Agent told me they only have outgoing numbers.

    @Bell why would an unresolved ticket be closed? You know the issue is ongoing, yet you wash your hands of it so that the customer has to follow up and start over? When I called, and was told the ticket was closed, I received a second ticket number.
