    @Bell Well maybe if you brought fibre to the south shore, I would switch but unfortunately since you've not brought it out, my family and I must deal with 1.5 megabits down and 500 kilobits up on old DSL infrastructure from the late 90s.

    Heya @Bell_Support my 1.5 gigabit fiber on a 3000hub is now hecking slow and my video conferencing keeps lagging or dropping. Is there a new modem available now?
