    @Bell_Support just need tech support, got through, got transferred, been waiting an hour and a half now with the transfer call to pick up. The hold music has stopped playing, but call is still going...am I still in line for an agent or?

    More @Bell rants. I’ve now found out from a higher level tech that the lower level techs (three different ones) never put my support through properly. 3 days now without business phone because I added voice mail. Do better @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support can you please pass on to the Apple TV app developer that the channel up/down/last buttons are bad? Many times I’ve paused a show only to try & skip ahead later & inadvertently changing the channel. Then going back to the original channel I’ve missed my program.

    @Rogers had an issue today and it seems you don't care anymore. Took an hour of arguing and requests to talk to a manager to "sort of" resolve my issue. So disappointed as you were always easy to deal with. @Bell expect a call soon
