    @Bell_Support Can you at least share what the problem was? Convincing your support people it was an issue with your upstream equipment was the biggest hassel dealing with your support organization.

I started this acct originally because of the issues Amazon has caused (making a long story short) but then I found myself countering companies like Bell, Telus and Mazda too.

    @Bell_Support & @Bell while I appreciate the fact you are installing fibe in my area but cutting the my current cable service is not a way to win business. The least you could have done was make arrangement to get it repaired. I am going to be over a week with no internet.
