@FunGuy_Photo @Bell_Support @Rogers When we had Ignite it rarely went out plus it’s a much better TV service.

  • JonesyGord Gord Jones (@JonesyGord) reported

@RogersHelps our cable is out. Being on @FidoSolutions home internet via Rogers Cable that is useless too. 1970's coaxial cable vs 2019 @Bell fiber lines. Might be time to switch. Roger customer retention was not helpful either. Go to ignite they said... On coaxial makes 0 sense!

  • robsid robsid (@robsid) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Will @BELL be offering credit for the aggravation caused from the lost hours of TV prime time viewing because of the long outage which we still have no idea what the cause was? Just noticed in my last bill, TV services are going up again another $3 for better service???

@Bell_Support Any dumb *** knows how to reboot your stupid box and router. Why can't you ensure your systems are available when your subscribers need them?
