    @MatthewFahey15 Landlords can be terrible. My landlord struggle is a whole book in itself & I had to put it aside to deal with my lawsuit & @Bell HR cutting my emotional support benefits during pandemic. Its terrible to experience callous behavior in a global crises like this omg

    @Bell_Support BCE on TSX makes billions and you won't hire appropriate staffing or train them to help your customers. 3 hours on the phone. Still no mobile hub over a month later.

    @MatthewFahey15 @Bell @douglasdowney My lawyer has trouble with women having an opinion I see this now / this guy has been the worst/ put me in hospital/ I have witnesses that were w me too. Past lawyer dropped me for disagreeing w him & I am the one suffering the delay of my case bec I am too weak to fight

    @Bell_Support My husband is Geoffrey Laxton. Look up the damned account yourself and stop being lazy. Even giving your staff a phone number they REFUSED to look up our account that way on the phone. REFUSED. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. And train them to stop lying. That's how you can 'help' people.

    @Bell_Support we were on the phone 3 hours to order a mobile hub we cannot get in stores. That was a month ago. Still no hub. You customer service is a joke.

    I currently have lawyers still, Yet I am fighting a corporation @bell alone instead of my lawyers jumping in to help as they should. How can Bell not take advantage of me if I technically have lawyers & they have abandoned me & ignored my email for help @douglasdowney

    @Bell_Support You would have had a two year contract for the mobile hub we ordered and you still didn't care enough about customer service to send it out. You're even worse once the contracts are signed.
