Hey @Bell What's with the random changing of prices each month? Aren't there regulations that require you to notify your clients and respect contracts? Up/down/up/down. Up $6 here, up $0.05 there. Greedy much?

Hey @bell @bell_support you said it would take 60 days to get a cheque for the credit you owe me. Called to speak to a customer service rep and they confirmed 60 days. Then told me I have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks because the process hasn’t started.

@Bell_Support Hey, just to let you know that this public concern is so fake since no one has replied to my DM. Is it your policy to charge your customers for a service they never received and then give them a Kafkaesque level of nightmare of a runaround. 🥸

"Yes?" "Hi I'm <mumble> with Rogers. I'm calling to offer better service than your Bell internet." "I'm with Rogers." "Wifi, TV and phone?" "Yes." "Are you happy with the Rogers?" "Sure" "OK, Bell has a better offer for you." "You said you're with Rogers?" <Click> @rogers @bell

@Bell_Support Before I start sharing info over twitter, tell me how much I will save cancelling the channels. I need to know the amount I am paying before I decide to cancel. Thank you.

@Bell_Support Dear bell, what is the cost to me each month for these stingray audio channels which I never use?
