    @Violet_71 @Bell You aren't missing much, I have mine installed and the service is less than ideal and when you call to have it checked out they do a remote modem reset and that's it. Called repeatedly last couple of weeks.

    @Bell_Support As low as my expectations were going into it, it still baffled me at how bad it was at assisting. It would not register my requests, suggests completely different solutions as to what was needed or tried to get me to upgrade my plan.

    @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

    Over a month of requesting a Bell Canada callback, a month of daily sales calls, ignored requests to stop, and broken promises to remove me. it isn't customer service, it's harassment by design. @Bell @Bell_Support fix your callback system or stop offering it. filed with the DNCL
