    @Bell Bell (BCE) is a crap company top to bottom. They treat customers with disrespect & staff as if they aren't human. Let's Talk is nothing more than a disingenuous PR ploy. They're over priced and their products, services & infrastructure are subpar and in many cases useless.

    @rastasack @Bell Depending upon where you are in the house, we have no cell service. That is why we still -theoretically- have a land line. But it is constantly in need of repair.

    @DFisman @Bell Gotta say, tho, this is being reduced to "gray hair" all over the place, and seriously folks, it's about a lot more than that. It's about misogyny and patriarchy, and how long we have been dealing with this **** without it seeming to change one freaking iota.

    @Bell - I am so disappointed with your Satellite TV Billing Dept. I ended up having to close out my account today because of the poor unprofessional service I received. I’ve been a loyal customer for so long and to feel cheated and lied to by your company is unfathomable. 😢

    @tiredresearcher @Bell The landline is your emergency line, we have no cellular service this side of Halifax, no landline, no 911. It should have a high priority repair for safety. They'll still want to compensate you for inconvenience, and lower your bill for days of no service. It's a public utility

    By the way, the @Bell Executive office phone number 1-844-940-1917, a representative named Jean-Marie, was of no help to me, despite all the lies the Bell store rep told me I was told by the call centre. But if you are looking to escalate your issue, maybe you’ll have better luck

    If I worked in advertising, I would say that @Bell makes another spot in the "It's not you, it's your network" ad campaign, only it's with some guy in a trench-coat, beating off on the bus to porn. If you know the series of ads I'm talking about, you know where this is going.

    Funny how a first call to eastlink provided such a savings and when I called to cancel @bell they kept trying to keep me but refused to match? Add on the 3 separate service calls the past 6 months, non working pvr and ****** internet.
