-
Carrie Ryan (@604cr902) reported@CrowFavBird @Bell_Support Telus did the same thing to us last year… the people on the phone don’t understand their lost customer won’t have “future needs” for phone and internet.
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Bell, can you explain whether this $6 increase is legally permitted under the terms of our service agreements? Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.

Atomic Sh0cKer (@AtomicSh0cker) reported@MeasureMyHole No big loss really. @Bell and @Rogers has **** service across Manitoba!
-
Ken Braithwaite (@DStrungk) reported@Bell_Support We have a Bell streamer. It died. Phone help told us to go to a store. The store in Ancaster was no help. They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.

306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reported@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.

kerl (@kerldaddy) reported@Bell I’m not going to DM you. I’m a preferred Bell client and I’m supposed to have 24/7 support. I’ve wasted more than an hour trying to talk to you. I’ll just go with Vidéotron or Rogers.

Darin (@Bassn103456) reported@cdn_karma @Bell one more down but elbows up
-
Adventures (@adventures_247) reported@Bell thanks for sending someone to fix my parents home-line after the construction workers cut the wire well digging.
-
Consumer Affairs (@ConsumerCSI) reported@kaycechoice @Bell You hit the nail on the head. They don't care. Not in decades. Not only do they not care, it's the opposite. They have contempt for the customer.

Kesiya John (@JohnKesiya) reportedBell wasted our time with poor communication and unprepared technicians. We cancelled because they failed to deliver. Customers deserve better. #Bell #CustomerService @BellSTC @bellcanada @Bell
