  @Bell_Support Not exactly sure what a DM is supposed to fix when I’ve been on call with you guys time and again and all I’ve received are empty promises. Just look for the internet outage in area code L6P, by my estimate there are more than 50 houses which do not have internet past 36 hours.

  @Bell_Support Wi-Fi has been out since may 11 at noon. First I got told 9pm as resolution time, then I told told 2 pm on may 12 then I was told 6 pm and then I was told 8 am on may 13. Now I’m getting a new time. This is the third day with no service. How are we supposed to WFH

  Have to give credit where it’s due @Bell CC: @Bell_Support Called in as the bill went up. Didn’t realize been with them for 8yrs (Bell Fibe). Never asked for anything previously. The rep lowered the bill & CRD to assist 5 🌟 #ThankYou
