Day two of installer no shows from @Bell_Support to just give us a cloud pvr box because the three times we've tried to have them ship self-service have all failed. The first box came no problem, it's baffling.

@Bell so.. I haven't been a customer for a while now yet I got an ebill saying I owe 1,900.. thats definitely not going to happen. Not only did I leave Bell in like June but I also made numerous attempts to leave since like March and your reps wouldn't let me.

@Bell_Support I am shocked by your dealings with your customer!! I have more than a month order iPhone 14 Max and so far no one knows when the phone will arrive and when I received it and I ask to cancel the offer, he says I can't!! Which I don't know yet when it will come, very bad treatment
