@Bell One of my best friends works for Bell and I am seriously concerned that he is going to have a mental breakdown caused by his job. The lack of support, the big brother mentality that is embedded in your workplaces and the constant threat of layoffs does not match this message

@Bell How about building out a half decent infrastructure so I don’t have to contact your endlessly trying tech support every month….or supplying receivers and modems that are complete garbage…

I have a land line (digital home phone) through @Bell. Yeah, I'm old. - Monthly fee in 2020: $15.00 - Monthly fee in 2023: $22.55 50% more expensive in under five years for the same service with zero incremental value-add. Must be great to be a monopoly, huh @Bell_Support?

@Bell_Support my fine connection was cut today. Your service staff were outside. I booked an appointment for tomorrow. I got a text message saying the appointment is cancelled because there is an outage. Outage check tells me that isn't true and my neighbour's connection is fine.

@Bell_Support Unsure why you can’t publicly acknowledge that you’re advertising and charging for 5G service and not actually providing it in the area in question. But dm sent (again)
