@Bell_Support maybe instead of telling everyone to send a DM actually let us know what’s going on. Many people are saying you aren’t responding to DMs after specifically telling them to do so. I’ve been waiting for almost an hour to even be told the issue is being looked into.

@Bell_Support I was doing a shift for SkipTheDishes and accepted an order but couldn’t complete it when the service crashed. That was around 11am MST.
