    @Bell_Support why is 5g so slow, I have full bars and I can barely get web pages. I reboot and it speeds up for 5 mins and back to slower than LTE. I run speed tests and get 60Mbps which is terrible.

    FYI phone scammers are out en force. Some jackass keeps texting, from different numbers, that @Bell has a refund for me. Problem is, 1- I don’t use Bell, 2- I’m sure the company wouldn’t just spam your texts, I’m getting messages from around 10 different numbers and emails.

    @Bell_Support Reiterating again here #BellForWorst, #BellForPain. They will send you a bill for the services that you never used. You have been assured multiple times that there is no charge on the account and one fine day you get a bill in the mail. Pathetic customer service @Bell_Support

    @LcMillar @Bell_Support Our telephone in Toronto is still out. For a communication company they are just horrible at communicating.. The usual response is “did you check your equipment and what outage are you taking about??LOL

    Every single time I speak with customer support at @Bell Canada I receive 5-10 phishing calls for days or weeks after the phone call… why is that? How many people are you selling your customers information to?

    @Bell_Support My internet has been down for many many days, occasionally coming back up for a little while and then gone again. 4 straight days down, up for one, and down again. what's going on??? 👎

    @Bell_Support I’ve been charged for a tablet I never ordered for 3 years… tried to cancel 3 times - WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!

    @Bell What a RIP off. I have a small house and the service provided by Bell is so poor I have to buy these stupid boosters just to have a signal upstairs. Hey @Bell how about having a system that meets the basic expectation.

    @Bell_Support I have been given a new iPhone 13 from Bell that is sim locked (against the Wireless Code!). I have called technical support twice, and each time, they claim they will unlock it within 4-6 hours, but nothing ever happens. This experience has been frustrating.

    @Bell just spent 2 hours on the phone trying to change my password since online services to do so have been unavailable since April. Guess I’ll be calling again tomorrow. I’d say your costumer service sucks, but it’d have to exist first.
