I have Bell Alt TV because @Bell forced it on me for a preferential rate. Fine. I want to watch something that comes up on search. Says "Not Subscribed". The Movie is under @CraveCanada which is included in my subscription. No indication of why it doesn't work. #Hell

@Bell accept this tweet as my cancellation as apparently you do not have staff to take calls. Another hour plus today trying to cancel my services without being able to talk to a person. I thought bell was Canada’s leading telecommunications service. Lol can’t even staff people

@Bell Please FIX your phone system! 😡 System prompts me for PIN, then first agent asks me for PIN, and then second agent asks for name, address and email address. Is there any logic to this?!? Why do I need to verify my identify 3x in one minute???

@Bell_Support can someone please help me. I cancelled my account with the option to return the device and there is no store that want to return it. I can keep the phone because I can't pay for it. The reason why I'm canceling is because was layoff and can't pay the bill. Pls help
