So @Bell_Support, I switched from Rogers and have deep regrets. Lost work orders, waiting for two days at home for service only to be cancelled both days. Not only that but the promise of better cell coverage does not seem to include Durham Region. 1 bar on 3G. Folks...stay away.

@Bell Same problem I've been having for at least 6 or 7 years now... You keep sending my girlfriends personal financial information to me instead of her. I am not your client, and I have no business knowing about her finances unless *she* chooses to share that information.

Every 2 or three months we have this same conversation, I'm always assured the problem is solved, and yet it persists. This is not her phone. @Bell is showing continued incompetence in its handing of personal information. @Bell_News

@samanthadjb @Bell_Support They were supposed to fix the CD remotely yesterday. Instead disconnected us. Tech didn’t arrive until after we closed. Told me he would reschedule for this AM, instead closed the ticket. CSR today says no techs available until at least tomorrow. 100% unacceptable.
