I’ve called @bell many times in the past 2 years about taking down some very low hanging phone wires. No one has come to take a look. Do you suggest I let my 2yr old remove them (who can reach because that’s how low they are),or wait till someone gets electrocuted? @Bell_Support

@Rogers no internet, rude customer service, a technician that’s 3 days out. How is one to work and study from home in the interim? @bell can you set up in less than 24 hour notice? Can’t miss a day of work due to Rogers and their inability to serve clients. Thanks!

Anywhere else in the world get screwed over for cell service the way we do in Canada by @Bell_Support @TELUS and @RogersHelps ? Approx. $90-100 for the calling plan alone. The Samsung Fold is either $40 a month & give it back after 2 yrs or pay $750 OR pay $90 a month for 2 yrs.

what a disappointing customer service frm @Bell_Support been fighting to honor d agreement for 6mons & was told again to wait 5 business days from today. Unfortunately Canadians hve to suffer cause telecom companies does nt have much competition so they can do whatever they want!
