    So, in summary: I wanted to give @Bell more money per month for increased service and in return got cut off from the internet and told to suck it up and wait. If you need me, I'll be at the coffee shop.

    @Bell_Support I would love to be able to do the schoolwork I've been assigned for uni but have been the reach around by your support about appointments they reschedule for the better part of 2 weeks now. Do y'all just hire people with brain damage or does that come as a perk???

    I called @Bell to upgrade my internet from Fibe50 to Fibe100 on August 23rd. They said they'd need to send a representative out. No problem. I said any days but the 27th/28th. The technician came on the 27th.

    @Bell @Bell_Support, I received a bill with a charge from a number that no one dialled. I see that this has been an ongoing issue for years. I’m curious as to how you charge people for calls not made #bellmistakes #sneakcharges
