@Bell So I reached out regarding duplicate Canadian channels that we're paying for yet I was told by your support team I need to reach out to those in charge of said channel. The channel is CTV Life channel, which is part of Bell Media... who's going to look into this!?

@bell_support I think it is back up & running...at least for now. Would be happy to discuss a credit for my account, though. This shady connection is not okay. And I have no more patience. Honestly, who do I have to talk to, to fix this (which is an issue for far too many).

@Bell You texted me saying you are adding 10 gig of data to my account, now I have to figure out how to cancel this. Did not ask for it! Canceling all Bell services today. Not a good move by Bell.
