@Bell Hello, I don’t understand why they have sellers who just to sell, sell under deception, I bought a cell post-payment equipment they never told me that I should pay almost $200 a month, when they bought it they told me that it would only be 120 per month, I don’t understand

  • austino_bobino Austin McKay (@austino_bobino) reported

Still cannot log into my #crave account.@CraveCanada #bellmts @Bell I like how you took my payment yesterday only to deny me service today. Tell me why I pay for your crap service that's been doing this for years! Just want to watch #TheLastOfUs

  • simmsimer Sir Charles (@simmsimer) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell anyone else having issues paying their bill? I've tried the app and online but it just keeps saying timed out wtf

  • JustinJChambers Chambers (@JustinJChambers) reported

What a piece of 💩 @bell and @CraveCanada are. Constantly going down on Sundays during #TheLastOfUs I’m so glad we pay these ridiculously high fees for this nonsense.

  • Lib_Techie Alison (@Lib_Techie) reported

Thanks @bell @Bell_Support for the added difficulty and stress because you refuse to fix phone traditional home phone lines. It would have been nice if you had informed customers of the change so I could have been prepared.

  • ReisVanDam Reis Van Dam RVD (@ReisVanDam) reported

    I will never support @Bell

  • wyethclarkson Wyeth (@wyethclarkson) reported

@Bell_Support No thank you. You've mislead us more than once and refusing to let us speak to a manager/more senior employee takes away any action a consumer had (aside from dumping your service, which due to your monopolistic practices is complex) #CRTC @BellCanadaWatch

  • RogerLebel1 Roger Lebel (@RogerLebel1) reported

@CraveCanada @Bell_Support Crave is absolute trash. How can this happen consistently with no remedy? "Sorry, we are unable to contact the service right now. Please try again later"

  • suzlagna Susan W. (@suzlagna) reported

@Bell @CraveCanada when it comes to availability of service, you guys are not holding up your end of the bargain for the $200+ we are paying you monthly.

  • JustinJChambers Chambers (@JustinJChambers) reported

@CraveCanada @hbomax let’s find a way to get out of this terrible @bell contract and just offer your subscription to viewers in Canada. This **** is getting absurd. There must be some clause regarding Bell’s ability to provide access to the content.
