@RSHFarms @Bell @TELUS I know my wife is on Telus and it’s terrible as well. I think the cell networks are just overloaded. I’ve called support multiple times and bought new phone. No better

  • Bill_Zebedee Bill Zebedee (He/Him) (@Bill_Zebedee) reported

well, after multiple calls to @Bell_Support, with a couple promises that a manager would call me back (never did), after 15 business days (they said 2-5) my new cell phone is out for delivery. Sorry excuse of loyal customer service.

  • RSHFarms Josh Butler (@RSHFarms) reported

@AmaraFarmServ @Bell Hahaha @TELUS is just as bad

  • MattRGMurray Matthew Murray (@MattRGMurray) reported

There is zero reason why @Bell should be trying to strongarm me into paying for a"Bell Tech Expert" to unblock ports as a premium service just to game and stream without a VPN. Even better when the next tech rep tells me there's no way they can do that apparently, paid or not.
