Heather Sloan (@hazbinz77) reportedHi @Bell I am trying to find out why Bell took $195 from my bank account when my Bell account is closed. I tried calling 1800 667 0123 but was told it is not Bell's responsibility to figure it out, it is the bank's issue. I tried using Facebook Messenger with no luck from them

Ram Shummoogum (@hispren) reported@Bell_Support There is no diversity in your network. This is a shame for a national Tier1. Always fate sharing to save money

mark l. (@GizISO) reported@bell said yesterday that my internet, tv and home phone would be back online on Wednesday... I figured they were just exaggerating but got confirmation today also that service won't be up until tomorrow 8pm.... They better charge me pro-rata this month.

Vanille/Jessica (@SwtVanille) reported@Bell_Support Hopefully this is fixed quickly so people qui work from home can go back to working, and students doing their classes. Hard to believe it can take over 24 hours to fix a fibre cable.......... At the price it costs for the services 😡
-
Bob Oommen (@BobOommen) reported@ellaella963 @Bell_Support I wish. I called customer service. That's the new "latest" repair time.
-
elizabeth kavanagh (@candiac1) reported@Bell_Support I assume that we will be credited for the time we are without service?

Zach Henri-Nielsen (@NarqmanJR) reported@Bell_Support Why is there no redundancy in your network system? Seems ignorant to have one line being cut wiping out service for thousands of customers across three towns. Especially with how dependant people are on the internet nowadays with the stay at home orders.
