    @Bell_Support Oh you had your chance. Too many problems to get back into. Your service is the worst, I am very happy with my new server. I can only get put on hold so many times to get told the same, we are sorry, crap.

    @Bell three separate agents assured me someone was coming to fix the outside line for our non-functioning landline. That was two days ago. I suggest you suspend or cancel our landline immediately as I will not pay for services you refuse to render. Just wow.

    @CRTCeng @Bell What is the CRTC not doing something about Bell Mobility? The incompetence of Bell staff is out of control. Bell Supervisor Phillip cannot read comments on customer accounts. Bell Agents r useless zombies. Bell is the worst communication co.

    So frustrating when representatives from @bell tell me they will follow up in two weeks with a solution about my account. No phone call. No email. I’ve been dealing with this since November. @Bell_Support no help whatsoever.
