    @james_seo03 @Bell_Support @Bell Weird. Must be hit or miss, mine is working. I suspect this problem has to do with the back end software. Similar to what we used at AT&T (Uverse) in the US. Exact same platform.

    @RainArtChik @Bell_Support I should have clarified; I record my shows bc im never on time to watch but nothing is being recorded; it just says error 😭

    @Bell_Support Yes Bell Fibe works through the app but prior recordings can’t be accessed and scheduled recordings won’t record. What are the odds of us getting a rebate of one day of lost service……probably zero.

    If @Rogers can get their **** together & fix the wires the street contracts cut, I would leave @Bell in a heart beat! Internet & TV down for 2 hours, & is not answering any calls. Also, it's an ONTARIO & PQ outage!

    @Bell_Support As long as u dont reboot the receiver fibe tv will work. Unfortunately the PVR is not working.
