    @FreedomMobile it’s trade up time. I tried online, no humans. I tried calling, no answer. I tried going into a store, and got told iPhone 17 preorders start Monday. wtf is going on with you guys. I’m tempted to switch to @bell, they’ve been bugging me about it anyway.

    @Bell There’s no outage. Yet there are other Bell customers on the street with the same issue. Error 1000. We are all cancelling after the August debacle and now this one. Maybe you don’t care that Regent Park keeps experiencing these issues. Your customer service reps don’t!

    @Bell i would never recommend bell to my worst enemy. this **** is the worst internet service that i ever called and got zero support . bunch of scammers . your bill will be higher and higher

    @Bell I sent you a DM. If your solution is to tell me to call support - I already have and they keep telling me they can't do anything because there is no account.

    @Bell 1) A Bell rep promised me a price for internet service over the phone. My first bill came at a much higher amount. Another rep admitted they couldn’t honor what was promised, so I cancelled the service.
