@Bell I've rebooted the modem so many times 5 times today alone. 109 is a lot to pay for something that doesn't work half the time.

@CTVNews Maybe cellphone companies shouldn’t be allowed to charge $100 a month! @TELUS @Bell when MB Stilm had MTS. Plans were $50-60 a month, now they are $100, for less data and horrible customer service.

@Bell_Support IF YOU LIVE IN THE L4W POSTAL CODE BELL WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN GET FIBE, BUT IT'S A LIE. 50 MB DOWNLOAD SPEED, THAT'S IT! AND THEY'LL STILL TRY AND CHARGE YOU OVER $100 A MONTH FOR THIS "SERVICE". ROGERS AIN'T MUCH BETTER, BUT THEY LIE LESS.

By the way @Bell whatever she said DID NOT WORK. The fact she took it upon herself to decide if my problem was real or not in a whole 4 minutes that was entirely one sided is insulting. Almost made me want to go back to Rogers 5 days into my new services.

A @Bell rep called at 4:45, 4:46, 4:47, left a voicemail deciding for me I didn’t have a problem with my home phone for so and so and since I didn’t pick up she was cancelling my service call for tomorrow. It’s people like her that gives you the worst name in the business.

@Bell nothing can be easy with you. I got told if I purchase the pods (3) they would be bundled with our other bell items. Today I’m told I can get 2 and of course I’m being charged. Plus I waited on hold 30 minutes to find out why our highest level internet u offer is slow AF
