We just switched our 4 cell phones from Bell to another provider. My parents are doing their homework tomorrow and I'm praying they switch. I HATE ****** service! #itsallaboutthecustomerservice @Bell_Support you NEED to do/be better. How would you feel if you had to miss work?

  • disktop Kevin Eyre (@disktop) reported

@bell did you really teach your drivers to fly thru shoulders across solid white lines and speed down on 401 ramps past traffic so stupidly? And in trucks plastered with Bell branding seems extra stupid.

  • LoreneHat LorHat (@LoreneHat) reported

@bell Is your service out in Brampton? No Fiber, no cell, no house phone? #nobellservice

  • cfelstiner Caroline Felstiner (@cfelstiner) reported

I hate telecoms. I called @bell to cancel my home phone & my bill increased. They have deals for new customers but as a 15+ year Bell customer there are no deals unless I keep a home phone #. And yes, I could keep the home phone & just not use it, but that is not the point.

@Bell_Support when I told the guy I have never had to do that before and do not feel comfortable providing that information he laughed. Very unprofessional

  • TammyDavis709 Tammy Davis (@TammyDavis709) reported

    1. Jan 23/22 I called to cancel my service. They cancelled. 2. I got a bill for services post-cancellation 3. Called again. I cancelled. They confirmed. 4. Yet I got ANOTHER bill. Seriously @Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant how hard is it to just let me go?!

  • GenaHL 🌟Gena🌟 (@GenaHL) reported

They say they have no idea when the issue will be fixed. No idea. They aren't able to call with updates. They don't care my Dad has to miss work, miss income. No care. @Bell_Support

@Bell Not worthy at all, bell doesn’t have better quality than other ISP, u own optical fibre source, not meaning u can give better service!
