Today my father terminated his @Bell home phone line. Waiting 9 months for a temporary cable to be buried was just long enough don't you think. Multiple tech visits saying this needs to get buried then not getting buried by contractors. 40+ year customer relationship gone!

@wiredwoman @Bell_Support Every time I suggest there is a problem with the lines, Bell support tells me they are fine. So calling in does no good and is exhausting.

@Bell_Support Our Bell fibre internet has been down since the morning of Saturday, Aug 13th. A tech was sent Sunday afternoon and was unable to fix the issue. Now it’s the 17th, and there’s been absolutely zero update from Bell and zero solution. This is unacceptable!

@Bell your wifi is so spotty and inconsistent, my family pays for your gigabit internet and I get ping in the thousands of hundreds no matter what I'm doing. It's so unstable would not recommend.

@wiredwoman @Bell_Support No problems until the last couple months, and it’s gotten worse. I facilitate online, so have had to drive into my office to get stable internet and not drop out of Zoom meetings several times a day.

@Bell @FANEXPOCANADA The termination of @LisaLaFlamme_ is not only an disgusting way to treat a loyal, honest, hardworking employee of 3.5 decades but a disturbing action on bell media’s part if Michael Melling had his hand in the decision as retaliation for pulling a Kevin Crull. Remove Michael! 😡
