Say, @Bell_Support I have no internet whatsoever and haven't since last night. I did all the usual resets and nadda, can't tell if it's an outage or what. Any recommendations?

@ChrisAd55717923 @Bell No, I don't think I should have to pay more than the crazy amount of money I'm already paying to get basic service. I live in downtown Toronto (the biggest city in Canada) so having basic internet access shouldn't be a huge ask. It's a good idea just looking for other options.

@Bell_Support Do you have a cell outage in the Lower Mainland right now?

@Bell_Support @Bell Marc. Employee No. EZ25866 suggested calling my bank and reporting it as a fraudulent charge and told my bank to reverse the charge. This was the easiest solution he could think of for me.

@BritHemming @Bell It's not very cost effective, but have you considered using an aftermarket router rather than the one supplied by the service? Something like a Nighthawk AC2600 or a good quality TP Link router.

@Bell_Support My home phone is down. In fact, a number of people in Meaghers Grant, NS are having this issue. I have no cell service so no way to call Bell to report it.
