kfir ohayon (@kfirkiki) reported@Bell Our London, ON business has had NO internet or phones since Friday. After telling us 72 hrs, now you want another 24 just to open a ticket? We’ve been forced to CLOSE and have lost $20,000+ in revenue. This is a business account. Completely unacceptable. Fix this TODAY.

Stephen Pinsent (@swpinsent) reportedHey @Bell_Support your support chat is no longer replying to me. We had been working something out, but I've been dealing with Bell Mobility now for hours and your chat has gone dead.
-
HorseShoe Hillbilly (@HorseShoeHillby) reported@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Telus is just as bad. Tried to cancel my landline, wasted hours of my life with no results. Quit paying the bill, finally they cancelled and sent a final invoice, paid that and haven't done business with telus since.

johnnydollar86 (@johnnydollar86) reported@shoegirl68 @Reil76 @Bell Do you have teksavvy in your area?, I switch from bell to them and never had any issues
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Bell, can you explain whether this $6 increase is legally permitted under the terms of our service agreements? Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.

Cars-Sports-News (@CarsSportsNews) reported@bell if you’re going to have people working remotely at least ensure they have a good cell phone signal. Or call the customer back when the call drops
-
Adventures (@adventures_247) reported@Bell thanks for sending someone to fix my parents home-line after the construction workers cut the wire well digging.
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.

Lucky Lucy (@Luckylucydach) reported@Travisdhanraj @Dennismolin11 @Bell Yup, only Telus. Mother in law died. Couldn’t cancel it. It was insane.

Nadia🇬🇩 (@__nadia25) reported@Bell_Support you must be having serious problems with the wifi. For the past few days, my wifi has been dropping. Doesn’t make any sense!
