    @Bell everyone don’t bother calling bells 800 number for any kind of technical help unless you have great service and here in Canada we don’t have that. But if you do be ready to lose some brain cells cause they just don’t understand what we are talking about.

    How many @Bell technicians does it take to properly run a cable to my house? Tomorrow will be the fifth one in over 2 years who will tell me that they can’t help and it needs to be the infrastructure team. Trees are not cable mounts.

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up
