    I would highly advise anyone I know to avoid Bell products if you actually care about support when there are issues...the "support" they provide is embarrassing to put it mildly... At this point I'd endorse @Rogers over them as difficult as that is to believe... @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support she called and was told that due to privacy issues paymt 4 pre-authorized payments no longer allowed by phone and have to go thru her bank - so she shd go talk to her bank (TD)? - what happens if cc on file expires? wut will bell do then? line of least resistance is best 4 her

    @Bell_Support cannot unlock iPhone XR that is locked to Bell, but was never activated on the network. Two calls to Support ended with promise of call back from either Bell or Apple to unlock device. Can supply IMEI if you can supply unlock code.

    Dear @Bell_Support I was sold FibeTV on top of my home internet with a promise that I could cancel it anytime without affecting my internet price. Now the customer service tells me the internet price would go up if I cancel FIbeTV. Did you lie to me?
