I have been trying to sign up for one service with @Bell_Support for the last 1 hour and CSR keeps on upselling. I just want one thing. I know what I want. No, I don’t need anything else. Yes, I am sure.

  • RessyM Stressy Ressy 💙 (@RessyM) reported

@Bell_Support How would I go about reducing service on my father's Bell account. He passed away several months ago & theres no need for some services now.

  • mitchlafon Mitch Lafon (@mitchlafon) reported

Made a programming change to my Bell Fibe TV… Instead Bell knocked out all my channels - 48 hours later and @Bell_Support has not managed to turn the service back on. Customer service is non-existent #TimeForaChange #BellSucks - anybody had a similar experience with Bell Fibe?

  • gillesallainGD Gilles Allain (@gillesallainGD) reported

One would think getting a new customer would be in their interest. But it seems @Bell is just NOT interested. @DeniseC41643393 has been trying to get new service to our trailer for TWO weeks. Not even a clue IF we will ever get an answer. But our neighbor has their service.

  • ChRiS86F Chris FC (@ChRiS86F) reported

@Bell_Support This is why I keep you as my service provider

@gillesallainGD @Bell @DeniseC41643393 try exploranet, their service people are independant.

  • TracyMcQueen Tracy McQueen (@TracyMcQueen) reported

@Bell today is the 3rd attempt by Bell to get internet in my apartment. And another screwup! Fibre, no copper, no show, now fiber, oops copper! Help! 12 hours wasted with no resolution!

  • bandrews333 BJAndrews (@bandrews333) reported

@Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support We managed after over two hours and four departments. Absolute garbage.

  • PearMad TheMadPear (@PearMad) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support What's the timeline for upgrading your lines in the L5N area? My Rogers is down again but I can't get rid of them since your service speeds don't go above 100Mbps in my area. Help a frustrated guy out!
