1/4 @Bell I am sooooo disappointed at your service. I added a standalone line for my apple watch, but I cannot set up a cellular plan when I pair my iPhone with my apple watch: every time I clicked "set up celluar", a Bell webpage would show up, which says "Pairing process cannot

@Bell_Support Apparently the L2 escalation that I've been told was happening 3 times already has never had a ticket created. I've been told that I'd get a call in 24h, that didn't happen and was told I would get a call within 2h. Now I'm told another 24h.

Hey @bell How about unlimited internet again for the #lockdown ? Not looking forward to a 200$ internet bill because im spending more time at home for the month. 4$ for 1G over charge is ridiculous and expensive. Help us out!!! Thanks

told them I've been through a dozen times already. I state the exact problem, then they come back and reaffirm that that's the problem and it needs an L2 to address it. Rinse and repeat. @Bell_Support @VMCcare

If I were the straight forward internet service upgrades I requested from @Bell, I would simply work properly instead of knocking my internet out entirely

@bell @Bell_Support Basically Bell Canada does not honour an online offer. When you try to do it online, does not work as there's a "technical error". When you call, there's no technical support to help you out. There's only a sales call center trying to offer you other deals.

I just switched to @Bell and realized that I don't get the airpods while the rest of the carriers do and the people who are choosing @Bell today are also eligible. So my question is "is it a bad idea to switch to @Bell?" just because i trusted them.
