Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Gooch1967 Thomas Gauthier (@Gooch1967) reported

    Attempting to have @bell install internet. Ordered March 26th. Two failed service calls (April 9th and 13th), and a service call they cancelled on the 16th. Shouldn’t be this difficult!

  • spikestabber bren bear 🐻🍁 (@spikestabber) reported

    @wind_rolling @nick_adshead @Bell Ignore what I just said, I fail to see periods. :D

  • pawprints1986 Mel🥄👩‍💻🦓🍊🇨🇦 (@pawprints1986) reported

    @twistedparent @JMJimmy1 @Bell I've learned several ways that brand loyalty means *nothing* anymore. I was told after an error on koodos end that they couldn't fix things back to my old price as it was grandfathered. Best they offered me, by the "loyalty" dept after 8 yrs was same plan for $5 more. No thanks!

    @Bell y’all gotta be the worst internet service providers in Canada

  • WillDavie1986 Will Davie #TrudeauworstPM (@WillDavie1986) reported

    @JustANe04349165 @Bell Bet the CEO of @Bell has his kids going to school virtually from their cottage. I mean they ran the fiber cables through the town where my cottage is and offered service to no one, even the F/T residents of the town. Why should they offer it to a teacher? That would make sense.

  • 8R14NV1NK BrianVink (@8R14NV1NK) reported

    @Rogers has been down for hours..... time to switch over to @Bell

  • spikestabber bren bear 🐻🍁 (@spikestabber) reported

    @wind_rolling @nick_adshead @Bell More like help me out, we live in #Milton still stuck on horrific 25mbit VDSL that maxes out maybe 20/7mbit, maybe we get real fibre here next summer.

  • twistedparent GiGi🐶🐱Wear A Mask😷🇨🇦 (@twistedparent) reported

    My internet bill just went up 7$! WTF @Bell I have lousy service and you raise the rate! On #ODSPoverty that is a big deal one more thing I have to do without to cover this. 115.20 is ridiculous and that's just for internet!!!

  • HaroldPeach3 Harold Peach (@HaroldPeach3) reported

    @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support @Bell Our monthly home bill for tv, phone and Internet increases sporadically. I have tried for several days to speak with "loyality department". I have been "waiting as I am a valued customer" and then cut off. I need to resolve this issue re "bill"

  • dpadda13 Daljit (@dpadda13) reported
