I just switched to @Bell and realized that I don't get the airpods while the rest of the carriers do and the people who are choosing @Bell today are also eligible. So my question is "is it a bad idea to switch to @Bell?" just because i trusted them.

Day 4 of no internet from @Virgin. Day 4 of still not hearing back from level 2 tech support at @Bell_Support. Wonder what lie they'll tell me this time as to why nobody called me back. A simple issue should not have such an absurd resolution process. #BellLetsTalk

Worst customer service ever for mobile, go to @rogers instead. Absolutely ridiculous after more than 2 hrs on chat w their Philippines agents. Terrible @Bell_Support. Now no service until can go see someone at local store during #lockdownontario wish me luck

Coming up to 3 months since opening an account w/ @Bell_Support where I still haven’t had issues fixed, I still do not have a phone from them and just a couple days ago had my account finalized (porting my old phone number) and losing my current phone service.

my great-Nephew swallowed a SIM card on Christmas and now is calling long- distance numbers with ( I assume ) mind control . @Bell_Support cancel this
