    @Bell_Support Numerous x's I have. Nothing changes. After hospital not getting a hold of me I called from rural road - 3 bars! They gave me a ticket. I said calls drop+ don't go thru at X's. 5 days later a gal leaves voicemail to say they could not get a hold of me + considers problem solved

    . @Bell_Support being a visitor to Canada with your service is nearly impossible. You only accept Canadian credit cards and you cannot install your app with a non-Canadian Google account.

    Unbelievable how a major corporation can be so automated that when something extremely minor goes wrong there is no human capable of helping the customer. Lookin’ at you @bell @Bell_Support

    Continued issues today with being unable to place or receive calls @Bell - my daughter was trying to call me for over an hour but it kept going to voicemail. What if it was an emergency? When will this be resolved?

    Ironically, the @Bell support person can't help on phone because they are 'working from home'. so expect my mom - 96 - to go to a Bell store.
