@Bell_Support 3 different home hubs…. New house…. New Netgear Orbi network… STILL loose speed periodically around 9pm- 11pm. This is CLEARLY a Bell problem in the area. I better start switch my email contacts over so I can switch ISPs. Enough is Enough.

@Bell_Support I have been waiting a month for my upgraded fibe and cable package. Instead of upgrading my services, you decided to shut them off! I have been without internet for a week! You have sent reps without any instructions. I have called customer service, no help!

@bell absolutely no customer support after 9pm? Internet doesn’t work, account is locked and no one available to help until 9am ET next day? Terrible customer service after waiting close to an hour for support

@Bell super disappointed in TERRIBLE service from loyalty dept when a technicien called while at our home!!!! He called back and she hung up on him! Crazy wonderful technicien- ONLY reason we’re still with Bell tonight is him! #fixit
