  @Bell_Support While i did send a msg via DM was told tech support couldn't be provided over social media & to call. Problem is my cell is my only means of phone so I'm not able to call. I guess I'll go visit my local bell store when i get a day off. I'll w8 a few days 2 see if things resolve.

  @Bell_Support If you’re not able to fix things up let us know don’t waste our time. I need full credit on my bill and if things are not fixed asap you will lose a lot of customers.Things can happen but you seem to ignore this issue by just a single tweet :(

  @Bell_Support What's happening in Mississauga? I don't have internet since yesterday noon. Everytime I reach customer care which is a long wait time - the time to resolution increases by 3 hours. Please help
