    @Bell_Support we have spoken with 4 tech agents who cannot help. Your service is appalling. My son, without access to SMS cannot get services in a new country. When I called to follow up, I was told the ticket had been closed. Why? You know you haven’t solved the issue.

    @Bell_Support ummm....you're Alt-TV app for both Apple TV and Amazon Cube TV are not working. It's fine on my iPhone, any update when your services will be back up?

    @TanyaFusco @Bell_Support Post it all over social media, keep calling and emailing like crazy, not sure about Bell but with most tech support if you call three times on same issue with no resolution they are supposed to escalate it to the next Tier of support and than they are supposed to escalate up

    @Bell_Support wow a damaged fibre to my unit caused by your sloppy techs and I have to wait for days? I switched for what? 3 days for a repair of your idiot techs? UNACCEPTABLE! Horrible service. Worst support. Lies and bull 💩. Get it fixed b4 I smash the modem into bits

    @Bell_Support I was supposed to receive a call back from a supervisor, it’s now past 2pm and I’ve heard nothing. You would think a fire emergency would be at the top of your list.

    @WillYouBeeMine @Bell_Support The worst was my family member being told to call in by tech when he was at my home, who could see an issue with her line, so she could get a ticket. Call centre claims her line was fine, wouldn’t create a ticket and argued with her. So she couldn’t get anything done.
