@Bell_Support Can you at least share what the problem was? Convincing your support people it was an issue with your upstream equipment was the biggest hassel dealing with your support organization.

There is a good reason why people stop trusting @Bell_Support because their employees lie and don’t take responsibility to solve issues. I was promised the internet installation yesterday or today the latest, then I was just told “sir, need more days” now I can’t work today #WFH

@Bell_Support Thanks. I’ll look into it because im@not sure this dismissive tech who doesn’t respond when you say something or wants to help would@do much for me. He placed me on hold and hasn’t told me anything . Shameful! Don’t get why the business should suffer this

@Bell_Support @PulsarzOfficial Bell is so horrible. What an awful thing to do. Switch providers. They like to pretend but they don’t care at all.

@Bell_Support So just to make this transparent (really not sure why @Bell_Support doesn’t update the thread) there is, indeed an outage in my neighborhood. Still unsure why your support folks are be default dismissive and unprofessional— telling someone to take their modem back to the store!

@Bell_Support Thanks…fyi: the representative I spoke to today told me he was the highest rank at the office at the time and refused to escalate and help me to solve the issue. #EZ49354
