    @samantha_cass Over 24 hours. This is unacceptable @Bell_Support. When people need to work from home and you cannot assure secure connection or an ETA as to when it will be fixed, but you sure don't mind taking our money, there is a problem! 🤬🤬🤬

    @Bell your customer service is by far the worst & it keeps getting worse. You have lost all you Canadian customer service values & now have replaced your staff with hard line tough talking rude reps. All for what an extra charge You lose more customers this way. 👋 After 30 years

    @Bell_Support Very disappointing! Your customer service is crap, your billing is crap! Been waiting to get my serviced restored and speak to a manager and nothing is being done. A bunch of notes were written on my account by a supervisor a few weeks and I never even spoke to them!

    "Hey Bell, someone stole my id and opened a phone line." @Bell: "Ok, here's a $600 fee to close the account. We'll mail it to the fake address we have on file, you'll never get it, and then we'll ruin your credit. Thanks for doing business!"

    @TorontoFC @Bell I just have to ask, why healthy athletes are being vaccinated before the vulnerable? Healthy well paid athletes get vaccinated but the poor and disabled don’t? What am I missing here? In what context is this justifiable in any way? Please justify this to me?
