Wonderful experience with @Bell . Tried to return my old device today. Not a mark on it. They refused it. Said the screen is "burnt" and the charging port doesn't work. Charging port works fine if you have a real cable. Screen burn? Way to screw over your clients

@Bell_Support Hi, new customer here in DT Toronto. Had Bell installed June 25. I went from a DSL line to your top of the line fibre and sadly have had more buffering since it was installed in the 7 years I was on a DSL line. What gives?

@Bell Customer of 20+ years and was just told that my upgrade (with an older phone model) will cost 30$ more per month because my current rate plan is not available. Only plan is one with unlimited date when I don't even use the few gigs I have now!! Current plan not available anymore
