Ok last complaint/question and I’ll put my phone away lol. Why is it that @rogers customers aren’t actually watching “live” sports? Drives me nuts when my @bell friends are celebrating goals on our group chat before I even see them!

  • zombkill Twisted Brian (@zombkill) reported

@HeloKity79 @Bell_Support I never had any issues with any of my Bell services but that sucks that Bell sucks in your area hopefully they fix soon.

  • BenjaminiteMD Benjamin S (@BenjaminiteMD) reported

Am I the only one who's had multiple modem problems with @Bell_Support? Suspiciously, my replacement modem has also has a problem now, only a few days after replacement, and tech support proposes to have me upgrade to a more expensive plan as a fix.

@REWoman @Rogers Switch to @Bell . Wait 18 months. You'll soon see there is no difference. Both horrible.

@Bell taking advantage of seniors again. Sold my parents on their service, cut off wifi and phone in half their house and now charging them $100 to come@back and fix it.

  • TopherMalkin71 Topher Malkin (@TopherMalkin71) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support Your FIBE service is horrible. Another drop/failure of internet service. Have had more lost time with new "4000 modem" top of the line I doubt.....refurbished most likely than before I agreed to have service installed. Service and network are the worst.

@Bell_Support My dad is in the hospital and I need to pay his bill. Customer service told me it’s impossible without his account number. I’m in a mine camp in the arctic. I have no access to his account number. This is absolutely ridiculous. #Bell #BellMobility #BellCanada

@CRTCeng Actually it’s not a frequency issue & @Bell has confirmed it’s locked. iPhone 13's are sold as unlocked for usage within Canada. For usage in certain international countries, locks are still in place as an anti-theft and fraud measure. Please contact our Prevention team at 1-800
