@Bell Frustrated by having only having one good remote control, the secondary remotes are junk and has been for years, we never had lag before this year it’s unwatchable at times other than main box, haven’t had decent pricing in long time, I’ll be cancelling

  • riathinks Maria Gam (@riathinks) reported

@Nebthet78 @ctvottawa @Bell Bell Support says they don't have satellite space issues. They dropped the HD channels, still have SD on 229 I think, but geeez

  • strikerserver STRIKER SERVER (@strikerserver) reported

@JBiscuite @Bell My account was hacked a few days ago, and every step I made to get it back did not work. As I worked hard for those accounts. I heard about @unitech_meta services on lG and positive result I got them to resolve my account issue their help was resourceful

  • JBiscuite J (@JBiscuite) reported

@Bell I’ve been unable to access my account for several weeks. I’ve talked to so many agents who tell me they’ll send it off but it still isn’t fixed . I just want to access my account so I can pay my bill. For God sake is anyone ever going to help me?

  • fouadabdo341 abdohassan (@fouadabdo341) reported

@JBiscuite @Bell The issue of the accounts getting disabled or hacked is very frustrating and annoying especially when no respond and help from the support team whatsoever I couldn’t wait no longer so I reach @unitech_meta on Insta and they got me back my hacked account.

  • pottsyMJ Matthew Potts (@pottsyMJ) reported

Hey @Bell_Support if you have "spacing issues" that causes me to lose my @ctvottawa broadcast, then you should fix it and not drop the HD broadcast. I can think of at least 500 other channels you could drop. Not impressed.

  • OpinionatedLad Michael Mason (@OpinionatedLad) reported

@bell @ctvottawa Any insight as to why you no longer offer #HD signal on #Bell Satellite? Out of the blue with no warning? I am displeased but have no other provider choice in rural area. Time to switch to @CBCOttawa after another patented Bell cut? Say it ain't so! #ottnews

@Bell I'm a new customer who just had my internet installed. I'm not happy with the installation. I wanted the modem near my TV and it was set up way across the house. Also my speed isn't even close to what I'm paying for. Might cancel the whole thing and go with someone else.

  • AESthinking anne sutherland (@AESthinking) reported

@bell not sure how to get your attention. I cancelled my TV and suddenly my internet sucked. So I tried to get fibre internet yet 3 techs come and no service yet! Is it time for @RogersHelps ?

  • cpgmail ComputerPerson (@cpgmail) reported

@Bell_Support @OFSprevention So Bell increases the cost every year by $3-$5 and keep removing services. This is unacceptable. I rely on those HD channels for those local programs and the SD formatting is horrid and near unwatchable. I pay for timeshiftimg for a reason and expect a price adjustment downward.
