    My TV is down. I waited half an hour for TV technical support @Bell_Support Then, Bell disconnected the line. Then, I waited for over an hour... Wide outage in the region. Service is still not restored. Do I need to switch to Rogers to be able to watch TV?

    @kentk1974 @Bell_Support LOL Rogers has way more problems than Bell. I just switched to Bell bc Roger's was so horrible.

    @Bell_Support This should mean a credit on our May bill. I hate paying for a service that I can’t rely on.
