Update: Customers who lost service absolutely have to call billing to get their bills reduced, regardless of what tech support tells you on the phone. @bell doesn’t even seem aware that my neighbours and I lost service for 7 days (we lost power for 4 only). They don’t track or /1

@noIPv6 @Bell I put more faith in Bell’s implementation when they are going to do it. IPv6 at bell is really. Network has been running IPV6 for some time now. They need to enable it for customers

@Bell_Support @Bell #customerservice Frustrating experience with tech agent . Rude and raising voice on the customer who is with bell 36 years . Frequent problems with the services and rude behaviour of the agent ! Disappointed !!!
