    @Bell How can we connect with such bad coverage? Between 0-2 bars inside the house downtown Brockville. Everytime we call we spend 1h30 on the line and you don't want to waive the penalty after making me lose tons of business because of your bad coverage in a populated area.

    @Bell customer service is so bad they will take 20 minutes just to pull up your account even after giving them your account#, modem serial # and everything possible

    Hey @Bell, why when I inquired about moving my services today, was I told that despite the new location having TEN TIMES worse connection speed, the price was basically the same? Your rep couldn't explain it, and agreed that from a customer perspective it is ridiculous.
