Hey @bell someone drove down our street and pulled down a wire which is now sitting on our car. Internet is down. Tech says they can come tomorrow between 10 and noon. I mean, sure, but did I mention there's a wire on our car?

@Bell Really disappointed. Called weeks ago to make payment arrangements so my phone wouldn't be cut off. YOUR rep told me I had to wait till next bill cycle. You just cut my phone off!! I'm trying to find a job... and now a new provider. Worst experience ever. I get paid Wed 😡

@Bell Hey Bell I called to cancel my moms internet service under my name and you cancelled both mine and hers? Even tho I specifically asked NOT to cancel mine. Now I can’t work from home today. Thanks!
