@Bell_Support has something changed with your cell service in Calgary? I can't even talk on the phone in my own home anymore without Wi-Fi calling on now. Pretty brutal.

@easton_cheri @Bell_Support I haven’t had cable internet or smart home for 4 days now. Complete embarrassment Bell Canada is. Nothing gets done when no one is working on the problem. Day 5 tomorrow. Then they will try to credit you with some cheap crap.

@Bell_Support called three months ago to have a bell box moved. Was told 4 different times someone was coming now my contractor is here and no one ever showed. Absolutely ridiculous. No access to my backyard because of this and now I pay. Thanks a lot! NEVER using a bell product

.@Bell_Support You said you were giving 50 GB to "select" customers. I paid a hell of a lot more than I would like to pay for service I didn't even receive! So, why am I not a "select" customer?!

@evagurly @koodo @Bell Absolutely. I’d have my e-mails written and ready to go if not already sent. I think they should have already given you a balance of data based on your usage already. People are just sick and tired of paying premium prices for poor product and ****** service
