  • myworldtaw My World Through A Windshield 🇨🇦 (@myworldtaw) reported from Cavan, Ontario

Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

  • CoombsAthena athena h.e. coombs (@CoombsAthena) reported from Upper Island Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador

  • TiffanyM1992 Tiffany Marentette❤ (@TiffanyM1992) reported

Data Question to Dream On: Do neighbourhoods with higher tree canopy experience less damage to fibre optic cables than those that don't Assuming your neighbourhood has squirrels which it should even high rises are surrounded by trees. At least, here (#Toronto). I ask cuz @bell

  • CashOnAir Cash (@CashOnAir) reported

I have yet to speak to a Canadian. Did you know all of @bell’s call centres are in the Philippines? I asked the customer service rep if they even knew what Bell was. They had to Google it.

  • BeaverOntario J̶O̸N̶ (@BeaverOntario) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@DaryRezvani Now that they have @Bell behind them, they can do anything they want, big coin BELL is like Canada's AT&T - giant telecom/media conglomerate! They own the cellphone towers, a sports network, news, satellites, streaming company, etc etc etc They rent the US rights to HULU

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

Thanks @Rogers for sending a #DependableHomeTech once again. As usual, they have given me yet another explanation for what is wrong with my internet and have done nothing to solve the problem. Perhaps it's time I went @Bell for their Fibre service.
