Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • 37000_ft Frank Monaco (@37000_ft) reported

@Bell your teams consistently blind transfer calls, place customers an extensive hold with dead air, which candidly isn’t a hold at all but rather mute the line while doing god knows. When requesting a supervisor, they transfer to agents rather then management support.

  • Father_of_Boys James (@Father_of_Boys) reported

@Bell_Support I spent about 6 hours online with Bell today, I was promised 4 call backs, received 0 and was disconnected each time. I need to escalated this to leadership to discuss my issue.

@Bell Filing a complaint for my @Bell_Support situation with the CCTS today and spoke to the CBC about potential fraud. Hopefully I can get a resolution to my situation at some point. So far bell customer service has been a dead end.

  • NunavutBirder Clare Kines (@NunavutBirder) reported

So ticked off with @Bell_Support right now. Agent CC. A monthly issue that phone support remains clueless about, which up until now the Twitter crew could at least resolve.

  • bvalderrama Bryan Valderrama (@bvalderrama) reported

  • Tin_Acious Tin Thinn (@Tin_Acious) reported

@Bell_Support Looks like a momentary blip. We’re back up and running. Thanks for the help.

  • 37000_ft Frank Monaco (@37000_ft) reported

It is clear that @Bell doesn’t need nor want me as a #customer. Its also clear that the @CRTCeng would rather protect the interest of few telecom giants then the people that they service.
