@Bell_Support Have there been issues with service in Prince Edward County? The past couple of weeks there has been a real drop off in service availability and with home internet out this way.

@t3kfr34k @Bell_Support If it says u have a outage contact tech support a lot of bell users here in ottawa have reported slow speed high latency on the pure fibre connection in my case there was congestion in my neighborhood clearly bell is not good at deployment if they can't even handle it

@Bell_Support my bell fibe wifi is barely getting over 50mbps and I’ve tried rebooting it a few times. I’ve even set the 2.4g and 5g as separate signals and swapped between the 2, and both are extremely slow. they weren’t always like this, seems like the last few weeks.

@RogersHelps Don't worry about it five out of six agents took to figure out a simple issue agent said she had escalated but the first agent cannot tell me that. I told her okay I'm going to @Bell I want everybody to see I don't DM
