    The service just keeps getting worse!!! My shows are constantly freezing, the box is constantly losing connection. Wtf is code V87?? I'm over it. Definitely looking into if @Bell will match my package price!

    @Bell_Support Call....again? Or fix it myself? No. I'm not paying a dime until my (very helpful) Case Manager, Denise (ext. 3007) calls me back AND I'm satisfied with my speed and the price as well (the price wasn't even discussed during the most recent activation of my account).

    @Bell_Support Hi there. My fiance just arrived from Sweden to NL. He is using Telia for his service and it worked in Montreal and will not work in Newfoundland and says the Bell network is forbidden. Telia told him to contact the Canadian carriers. Does Telia not work in NL?

    @Bell_Support I’m curious about your staffing issues. Why would it take five hours and six different staff members to activate a SIM card? Are all sr employees on vacation? Issue unresolved. Not a big deal, I suppose, given the world’s circumstances. Mgmt training?
