@Bell @JustinTrudeau @ONgov - as classes move online, #Bell faces an outage and when contacted their troubleshooting efforts are to tell me that they will come by in two days. Incredible response after explaining to the person that we teach online. #reachingthelimit #covid

For the second time since the pandemic began, @bell has raised Internet prices by more than $5 per month. The only notice is buried on the last page of your bill, months in advance, which they know nobody reads. All this despite high profits, pandemic support, and mass layoffs.

@Bell_Support: my @LGCanada G7 ThinQ has been having charging issues for months. I bought a new cable months ago, and weeks ago a wireless charger at my own expense. I just chatted with LG support, and the agent said the company cannot send me a new charger. Why not?

@Bell_Support After resetting our modem all mini pods have lost connection, we’ve unplugged each one and tried to reconnect, no luck. More concerning is I am now unlabelled to login to the modem to make any changes to the network.
