    @Rogers can some1 pls tell 2 me y I was told 2day I need to pay 40% down on my upgrade, when I've been w/Rogers for 8 years, 3 lines, 1 device paid off, other 2 paid next month... Never an issue in the past while upgrading. Unbelievable especially w/service issues @Bell @TELUS

    @RogersHelps So if Rogers Communications was down, how did you happen to post anything on line, did you have a hookup with Bell @Bell to post, because I couldn't do anything like this 🙃🙃🤔🤔
