Been calling @Bell all day long for my Internet. Was supposed to get a technician coming and he never appeared so now ANOTHER one is supposed to come later tonight. This is so frustrating especially on a weekday when you got classes and work to do :/

@Bell_Support After a few more phone calls, I finally got the issue resolved, or at least I believe it’s resolved. I’ll know that after the next billing cycle. It’s astonishing that a company can’t get their “team” to work as one machine. Calling in 3x should not result in 3 different stories.
