    @Bell unbelievably horrible service today. We have all of our business internet and phone through you and none of it is working and I am being told too bad. Business can’t run too bad, customers get an out of order phone message too bad! #worstcustomerservice

    @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

    @CTVNews try to get a job with @bell, so they can outsource your job overseas. meetings will take 1 hour instead of 20 minutes due to language barrier, and when systems go offline you can spend more time on the phone than resolving the issue. also, they get paid less with less benefits as they are contractors.

    Week 6 of @Bell not fixing the dangerously low wire outside my house. Said techs were coming to fix. No one did. People walk by everyday and grab it.
