@Bell_Support Please for the love of whatever deity you choose to believe in - FIX YOUR WEBSITE ! Constant log-outs, having to reload / refresh or log back in entirely is NOT user friendly. This is NOT a new issue ! Also - your cart crashes, so you lose sales.

@Bell_Support What is going on #BellCanada? You promised my elderly mom would have service by 10 pm last night and today she still has no landline. Now she is on Day 8 of no landline. Her landline is her lifeline.

I’ve had to resort to twitter of all places to get some answers! @rogers I can honestly say I wish that representative never showed up at my door and I never switched my services from @bell_support because it’s been more trouble than it’s worth and a complete nightmare #help

  • Northflyer1 North Flyer (@Northflyer1) reported

@Bell_Support When I hit login it says it can’t open the page because of too many redirects. And I’m not going to be sending my account details. Just fix your site please

  • tania_cowley Tania Cowley (@tania_cowley) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell The link doesn’t work. My elderly parents have had no landline or internet since Dec 24th. I thought landlines were supposed to always work, that way in the event of an emergency they can call out.
