"Hey Bell, someone stole my id and opened a phone line." @Bell: "Ok, here's a $600 fee to close the account. We'll mail it to the fake address we have on file, you'll never get it, and then we'll ruin your credit. Thanks for doing business!"

@Bell_Support Dear bell Canada, can you tell me how I have a $400 overage change on my cellphone when you app says I’ve only used 9Gig of data over my limit? Dear Telus, you’ve got a new customer for four different devices. This is criminal. @TELUS

@Bell_Support @ScarboroughDad I’ve called to try to get assistance on reducing the cost of our plan. The customer service person told me there was nothing they could do. Sorry Bell. How much time do we need to invest in ‘dealing’ with you?! Ugh. Want to cancel it all.

Hi @Bell_Support (2/2) - Heard horror stories about how Bell contractors run the fiber to the home and don't want to have the contractor at my door w/o knowing for sure what will be done w/o damage to lawn and trees. Please clarify, if needed will have to cancel order

Hi @Bell_Support. I am in a residential area listes with "FTTH available". I am now on copper now and after spending hours on phone with Bell, ordered Fibe 150 but still unclear how Bell will run the fiber to the entry-point in the house w/o major damage to trees and lawn. (1/2)
