@Bell_Support Here’s the update. After demanding a service call which the tech was weary about they came changed the end on the cable. Problem fixed! Much faster now! For two years of complaining about the internet. 15 minute fix for a problem which gave me inferior service. It NEVER worked!

@Bell_Support I'm just wondering how much longer the problem with the towers is going to persist. I'm having to put airplane mode off and on at least six times a day to get proper service. I know a lot of people in Ontario are going through the same thing.

Trying to deal w @Bell or @Rogers when you aren’t a customer is a nightmare. For almost a year we have been trying to get them to come and deal with the multiple lines that cross our yard but don’t service our house. In past, some have sagged low enough to touch.

@Bell maybe my “small business account” isn’t enough for you to want to pay attention to. I mean when you tell a customer to wait until the summer with no real solution it makes me wonder how new customers get fibe or are existing customers not enough?

@Bell_Support @CRTCHearings just had my regular 8am robo call from CRA/VISA/amazon. So tired of these. No longer answer my land line. So why pay $70/month to Bell for service I don’t use? Decided time to cut the landline. No robo calls on my cell. Strange?
