I called @bell and @Rogers about a fallen branch potentially pulling down wires behind the vacant neighbour's property. Rogers was the only one that came to have a look. If they can convince the @TownofNewmarket to take care of the heavy branch, that would be cool.
@Bell_Support is it possible to have a fixed IP on a residential fibe service?
@DivaGG @Bell_Support I’m in Nobel near parry sound. Is yours still out in Sudbury?. Haven’t had internet home service since roughly 4:00am
@Bell_Support mobility internet is at 4.61 Mbps up and .96 Mbps down in Hamilton. Is the service down? Hwy 403 and Aberdeen area. Everything is slow or won’t connect
@Bell Imo do not purchase Bell services if you live in a rural community, they could care less about you. service might be fine in urban centres but not in rural Ontario.
@Bell Imagine if you had a service that didn't need boosters, Ridiculous for paying customers to be stuck with this BS
If I can give anyone/everyone a piece of advice it's DO NOT GET @cogeco !!!!! It is THE WORST service we've ever had. We are canceling everything with them. Wish we had @Bell fibe where we live cuz it was amazing at our other house.
@Nanal0l @Bell i remember like a decade back working customer support for koodo we would reverse overages like this all the time, try calling if you havent already and explain the situation :)

@leftbobgolfer @Bell I’m almost there. They were supposed to fix mine Saturday, apparently guy showed up in 4 hour window and couldn’t do anything, never notified me. Then referred it to cable repair, meanwhile, it’s still not working Sunday night. Been out a week now.
