@Bell_Support If you had checked your records prior to this insolent response, you would have seen that I replaced my modem last week as well a service rep was here twice. The problem is NOT at my end, as I've told you repeatedly. Yet, like this response demonstrates, your not listening.

@Bell_Support tells me to take my issue to@TU_Canada and @equifaxcanada they both require a letter of confirmation saying my account - WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN LATE - is up to date. For 3 months Bell has bounced me around to Customer Care and Loyalty reps and no one can provide this

@Bell has TERRIBLE customer service. They are painful to talk to over the phone. It takes hours to get answers about simple tasks, and most of the time they don’t even complete the task!…which you find out about the next time you have to call. The company should be shutdown!
