@Bell_Support we literally didnt have internet in the home because of this for 2 weeks and your customer service reps were nothing but rude the entire time, instead of listening to our concerns they kept offering us wifi pods for $5 a month???? ridiculous.

@bell_support reports tech in my rural area is FTTN, no timeline for FTTH upgrade. Download speed never more than 4.5 Mbps, often less. Yet our plans cost the same as in Toronto & Ottawa & wherever service is adequate to demand. Isn’t this a failure to deliver? Fraud, even?

@Bell finally stepped away from your cell service. Always nagging & restricting my account for the handful of times I went over $250 credit. Since what 2014? No appreciation for being loyal. Lisa was last insult! 3gb plan when upgraded, I didn't notice🤬 @TELUS 6gb for 17less🥳

@Bell every day for the last fifteen days my router stops working. between 7 and 9 am. I do the virtual repair—takes about minutes. Every day. Yesterday I spent an hour on the phone with a tech. “No problems”. 720 today? Again. Day 16. Is there a permanent solution?
