    @Bell_Support I have been on hold with your Internet tech support for the last 15 mins I have requested to speak to your third level tech support and the rep on the phone refuses to transfer me but instead feels it necessary to have me on hold is this normal practice.

    Saga with @Bell_Support continues. Bill comes - almost $400 in taxes. Long story. Solution - pay bill, have bank reverse it (req a branch visit) then pay all corrected amounts in Aug. Everyone makes mistakes. This one has cost me hours to fix…and it’s not over. 🤔

    @Bell @Bell_Support Frustration? What exactly are you going to help her with? She is past the return + now tied to this phone + contract until she is 91. We have had to make arrangements to have someone in her bldg assist her with navigating the phone in urgent situations.
