    @Bell_Support I can't get help from your contact centers!! I originally subscribed for cell phone service but never received the phone! For 3 months now, I am being charged for a service that I do not have. NO ONE AT BELL CALL CENTERS IS HELPING ! PLEASE someone at BELL HELP!

    just learned thru @Bell_Support that multi-billion dollar corporation @Bell has ZERO contingency plan or backup or failsafe if their main servers or connection for their internet/cable go offline. like I'm talking zero backup lol like they never even thought of if that happens 🤯

    @Bell I literally call every month just for you guys to fix yet another phone bill of mines that’s overcharged. When will you guys get it right? At this point I’m fed up and ready to switch providers!
