The original tech that is supposed to come today has not yet shown up (we were told between 8-5). Our neighbour was told it’s not @Bell_Support’s problem and they can’t help him Never in my life have I had such horrible customer service /3

@Bell every time we call we are promised that the matter is resolved and everything is taken care of. One of the worst and most antagonizing experiences. @CP24 @ONconsumer . Dealing with a cancellation for 9 months and ongoing.

So can someone tell me why @Bell calls my house and my son who answered the phone says “my Dad is not home!” Then the agent starts offering promotions about Bell service he states that “he is a minor.” And continues…what is this about?

After 8 mos @Bell_Support finally came to replace the line to our house. The tech was supposed to come back today to connect the new line. In the process their subcontractor cut the old line so we (and our neighbour) currently have no service /1
