@Bell_Support @bell I think it's a collections issue; as I understand it it is unlawful for agents to try to embarrass clients by informing others (such as myself) of outstanding debt. And with 7 years of communications about this same issue, it would be difficult to argue you didn't know.

@Lightbarron @Bell @RogersBiz I agree. There is no point in pursuing this any further. I've had issues with my Bell service several years ago. It took over one year before they admitted that there was indeed an issue with their tower. This was after dozens of calls.

@Bell Why have I been waiting nearly 3 weeks for Bell to fix an internal error so that my son can get his phone shipped? Your customer service tells lie after lie after lie with no accountability.

@samanthadjb @Bell_Support So many layers of horrible. I have never felt more useless. This is all because of that issue a couple of months ago when they ‘accidentally’ crossed our line with another business… nothing has been 100% since.

@CousineauAlbert @Bell Same in UK and probably same everywhere - they are increasing data strength as more people use it - on the whole but not always, and decreasing telephone signal strength

@KevinFrankish @lushypants1 @Bell_Support Bell is horrible. I feel bad telling this to the nice young sales people they constantly send to my house. You’d think they’d get the message.
