@Bell_Support Apparently the L2 escalation that I've been told was happening 3 times already has never had a ticket created. I've been told that I'd get a call in 24h, that didn't happen and was told I would get a call within 2h. Now I'm told another 24h.

@Bell It is too bad we can’t have the simpler time as well as the lower phone rates of the 1980’s, too!

@Bell not too impressed with Bell Alarm. Tried calling for tech support on hold forever. Went online and opened a ticket thinking I’ll get help. A few days after I received an email saying they have received the ticket and to please call tech support and ticket is closed.

@Bell @Xplornet The Government is saying that internet is a basic need & is essential...but companies like you are slowing down service! At least during the 1st lockdown in Ontario, our internet worked; this time around, we literally lose connection every 10 minutes.

Hey @Bell, you’ve been charging me $59/month for an internet home phone I’ve never asked for because your Bell Business team did a sloppy job moving my services. Fix this.

I just switched to @Bell and realized that I don't get the airpods while the rest of the carriers do and the people who are choosing @Bell today are also eligible. So my question is "is it a bad idea to switch to @Bell?" just because i trusted them.

.@Bell hey Bell, I think someone stole the Ottawa Senators GM's phone and made a phone call to the Arizona Coyotes and gave them a 2nd round pick for Derek Stepan. Pretty sure the Sens GM would never do this. Can you confirm? We need our 2nd rounder back.
