Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • candiac1 elizabeth kavanagh (@candiac1) reported

@Bell_Support I assume that we will be credited for the time we are without service?

  • salman_merc Salman Merchant (@salman_merc) reported

@Bell_Support They have the worst customer support. Highly not recommended

  • NarqmanJR Zach Henri-Nielsen (@NarqmanJR) reported

@Bell_Support Why is there no redundancy in your network system? Seems ignorant to have one line being cut wiping out service for thousands of customers across three towns. Especially with how dependant people are on the internet nowadays with the stay at home orders.

  • Citizen514 LiViD | CitizenGG (@Citizen514) reported

@Bell_Support Can we please have an estimated time of fix? I have deadlines for University and Work deadlines that need to be pushed and will need this info to give to the people concerned.

  • hispren Ram Shummoogum (@hispren) reported

@Bell_Support There is no diversity in your network. This is a shame for a national Tier1. Always fate sharing to save money

  • salman_merc Salman Merchant (@salman_merc) reported

@Bell_Support Worst customer support they are not porting to Telus.

  • hispren Ram Shummoogum (@hispren) reported

@EbeaudryEric @Bell_Support They do not have diversity in their network in order to save money. It is a shame for a national tier 1. They use fate sharing to the max.

  • FineWolf Andrew Moore (@FineWolf) reported

@Bell_Support You have all the information in your CRM about who is affected by this outage. Why is it that customers have to seek this information on Twitter instead of receiving updates via email/text messages?

  • FineWolf Andrew Moore (@FineWolf) reported

@Bell_Support The lack of answer makes it clear that @Bell only uses their CRM for upselling and account retention. When even a crown corporation such as @hydroquebec has better outage communication than a privately owned telecom company, maybe it's time to switch to a provider which cares.

@BobOommen @Bell_Support That is horrible... come on.
