@Bell_Support 14 years with Rogers never have I ever had this horrible experience as a customer! Talking to the walls or someone from overseas that are programmed robots that don't understand how we do business in Canada! If a customer asks to speak to management then DO IT! 2/2

@Bell_Support 28 minutes later and.... NO reply to Dm that was sent 😕 🙄 Is this how Bell customers are treated with 30 hours of calls for getting over billed 1 month later with no refund of the over charges and no one to resolve the issue ? Hope to hear back asap before I proceed.

@Bell I know having call centres in other countries is common but lately everytime your reps have such a strong Indian accent that it’s genuinely preventing basic info from being passed on, these poor reps can’t pronounce individual letters like S or H or names like Smith

Nice that @Bell_Support has charged us $1300 and sent debt collectors after us despite the fact that we resolved this issue and their representative very clearly told us it was resolved 🫠
