    Does @CHCHNews have any consumer nightmare stories or investigative reporters who would be interested my current nightmare with @Bell screwing up my 80 year old fathers account? I’ve spent 3 days over 9 hours on phone calls and 17 Bell employees/managers! They hang up on me!

    Another thunder storm, and my $300 mth Bell Fibe / Internet by @bell is out again. They know there is a damaged cable in the mix, but are too busy laying fibre in new developments to fix existing infrastructure. Come on @SpaceXStarlink - get me my dish!

    Fantastic @bell. Didn't want internet to be functioning today anyway. Not like I had a **** pile of important work to get done. Word is you planned maintenance on the system during a high usage time. HELLO...lots of people still working from home. Couldn't be done off-peak?

    @Bell_Support I have gone through about 9 hours of phone calls with Bell agents and supposed “managers”…I’ve had to repeat the issue each and every time, and then get “disconnected” when I’m supposedly being transferred to a manager with authority. Formal complaints to media and CCTS now…

    @Bell I feel it's important to teach the sales team between Megabyte(MB) and Megabit(Mb). Just got off phone with Sales insisting I'm getting 500 Megabytes/s (not bits). This was my the official verbal confirmation for my plan. Otherwise excited to trying out your service! :)

    @Bell_Support Do you know when the outage at Jane and Finch (Toronto) will be resolved? It has been a whole day and the Bell truck is still outside now even at night. We haven't even gotten the usual extra data we get from Bell mobility when this happens :/
