    @Bell waited an hour on the phone to have a rude billing rep tell me that my $500 Bill for December is what it is, you have to pay it. Explanation was didn’t charge me in Nov so they added it to Dec. so now I don’t pay it all I owe interest on late payments. **** the litre guy!

    @Bell Worked great for almost 2 years then connection kept dropping several times a day. After a month of troubleshooting and techs coming out and the problem not solved, I switched to another ISP.

    @Bell Hey Alexa, how is it possible that a company as garbage as bell, somehow manages to get even worse year after year? Departments can’t communicate with each other you say? Third party technicians and overseas support? Sales people lying with no penalty? Crumbling infrastructure?

    @Bell_Support I have been asking more than 1 hour to your representatives to schedule a technician to be sent my home and they are not listening. This is unacceptable. Poor customer service .

    Cool, @Bell double charged me for internet and TV this month. Why do I even have to use Bell?! Worst company in Canada.

    @Bell technicians failed to show up 2 days in a row and no call to say they were not coming. Sat around for a total of 8 + hrs, spoke to at least 8 reps and no sympathy. Impossible to speak to a manager, floor sup said “I am your last stop”. Absolutely horrible service.

    @RogersHelps I've been with you since 2005, & I'm leaving now. Spent 10+ hours trying to get help but calls keep dropping while waiting to be connected or while talking to reps after waiting for hours. No call back, even though you have my # (@Bell/@TELUS both called back).
