@Bell Time to do some way better damage control. If you can’t honour your own contracts I’m not sure how you can expect people to honour their contract with you.

@Bell_Support The account holder verified all their ID in store, per your request. That wasn’t the issue.

As a final update, it doesn't matter if you go in store, or online, @Bell_Support wouldn't process the request to port the phone number (which they are legally obligated to do). We have to cancel our services all together and abandon the phone number because we're too frustrated.

Looking forward to yet another weekend without internet service. I've literally been waiting for over a month for service from @bell and @rogers, and now neither of them can even give me an ETA. Truly incredible stuff, love living under these Canadian oligopolies, no notes.

Hey, @BellMediaPR & @Bell_Support I'm at the end of my contract. Maybe it's time this older person took his business elsewhere. It shouldn't be a problem since you understand when you have to kick someone to the curb that you've had with you for a long time. @LisaLaFlamme_
