The lack of cellular service in Nova Scotia is appalling. Two bars of 3G/LTE is useless. The province is growing; get more towers. @bell

@Bell What the heck is the matter with the Fibe reception? It's sucks! My PVR continously goes down at the worst times when my family can finally sit together to watch TV! So frustrating!

@Bell_Support Accepted offer and cancelled new order/returned modem from other provider.Called bell after 5 days only to hear that modem upgrade order did not go through due to technical glitch. How were you able to stop my account cancellation, no technical issues with that? 2/2

I have to fear this happening if we choose to hang up.. makes no sense. Also, agents have our personal information, should I be worried about that too? I initially called @Bell as an existing, loyal customer to buy more services and this is what I get instead? Lol @Bell_Support

@Bell @Bell_Support called to add another cellular line and home internet, agent kept talking over me, putting me on hold, and wouldn't transfer me to someone else, so I hung up. That agent then blacklisted my phone, no service no data. EZ53710 Joenel. Extremely unprofessional.

"A recent Rogers network failure resulted in an outage in your TekSavvy internet service." "TekSavvy will be applying a 5-day pro-rated credit directly to your TekSavvy account(s)." ~@TekSavvyBuzz THIS is how you run an ISP @Rogers / @Bell! #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps That’s ok. The $50 unnecessary charge is more important to you than the year over year monthly payments for the next few decades you are going to lose from what was a loyal customer for 14yrs, keep it, I will be switching to @Bell
