@Bell_Support Thank you for resolving issue @Bell . But do consider my suggestion to auto detect the connection loose issues and ask customer to do some initial loose connections check and if not works then assign a technician.

@CBCNews So Melling is on a leave? Big deal! Doesn't fix anything. Two big issues with this a) he got to "decide" to take a leave and; b) Moses should step down - the decision to fire Lisa would have had full and cooperative support from Moses! @CTVNews @Bell still calling BS here!😠
