HockeyB97 (@HockeyB97) reported@Bell_Support Countless phone calls hours spent on the phone waiting. Not one email sent to me. Finally told on the last phone call. You don’t have those receivers so if you want one, you have to buy one ??? WTF it’s simple one honest phone call made at the very beginning and chaos ever since

Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Bell, can you explain whether this $6 increase is legally permitted under the terms of our service agreements? Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.

marnie t. vollmann (@mrtolbon) reported@Bell sucks! Agent that’s helping to fix my modem ends the call and doesn’t call back, they sent a defective modem and want me to pick up a new one! store doesn’t have it available, new one ships in 1 or 2 days, no options to get a tech to come, no internet to work… A joke.

Powel Cuber (@CuberPowel) reported@Reil76 @Bell Similar story with Bell. They refused to help me, even though I was spending $500 a month with them. Then I went to Rogers and had my numbers ported. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.

AlexTri (@AlexTri333) reported@Bell How are you going to help me if you reject my calls? You have charged me for equipment I returned via Purolator and they confirmed they returned to you. After a week of your robot denying to transfer me to an agent I want to cancel all my services. Maybe I should ask my bank
