@LuckyMobileCan @Bell has upgraded my local tower which no longer has 3G support (5G and LTE only). Does Lucky support VoLTE yet as I can no longer make voice calls where I could just fine before the (no notice) upgrade. Or does this need to go to CCTS?

  • tsteeleleaver Tracy (@tsteeleleaver) reported

@Bell I would not recommend Bell Fibe. Our service without pods is Nil and with pods it is spotty at best. We constantly have to delete and re-add them and pray for the best. It’s not worth it for something so expensive.

  • standupmonkey Terry McGurrin (@standupmonkey) reported

This is the SECOND DAY I have taken off work for a @Bell internet/TV service appointment that is not happening. While I'm on hold with Bell I might as well check the prices at @Rogers...

  • elliekennard Ellie Kennard (@elliekennard) reported from Arlington, Nova Scotia

@developns @Eastlink @Bell I think it's the link here which is the problem.

  • alanraphael Alan Raphael (@alanraphael) reported

@Bell_Support I believe your spam blockers are asleep as my family and I have been getting dozens of spam emails everyday this week. Please fix!

  • OttawaByMike Michael Lewicki (@OttawaByMike) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

  • kwTO2424 KW (@kwTO2424) reported

@Bell_Support No thanks. Already cancelled. If this is how you treat brand new customers, you should be embarrassed. I left Rogers to get away from bad service and you guys are even worse. How is that even possible?!

  • SIXisthename Six (@SIXisthename) reported

@Bell when I can you gor support please don't try and sell me more stuff. I clearly am not happy if I'm calling for support and you have the nerve to try and sell me more stuff. Focus on the customers needs more not your pockets.

Hey @TELUSsupport why does my "Pure Fibre" wifi suck, forcing me and my wife to use our mobile data by @Bell_Support @Bell We also have problems using our out going phone line telling us the is a server error !

  • SkuddStevens Skudd (@SkuddStevens) reported

Not one person that lives in Toronto should be surprised that plans for a cheap and accessible city-owned broadband network were shot down because @Rogers and @Bell decided they weren't ******* having it. Why is this **** still allowed to happen?
