@Bell @Bell_Support Lies!Lies! Lies! Spent a gorgeous summer day inside-my day off at that-waiting for a Bell technician to install fibre optic (which is hanging on the outside of my house). They were a natural no show because @Bell LIES and they were NEVER scheduled to attend.

Although I'm looking forward to having @Bell fibre optic service, I was NOT thrilled with being asked about my vaccination status when making arrangements for the install. I'm not giving private medical information to a telecom... Hopefully no one is, it's not required!

@Bell_Support after spending an hour with someone else in sales and getting a call back, monthly price just increased and still no resolution. #BellSmartHome fail! I would not recommend!! Even found out that my installation booked last week for this week was not properly set up!

@Bell_Support I’m sorry but you have the WORST coverage. Almost anywhere in Norfolk County, ON gets zero to 1 bar on LTE and most of the time it’s 3G which doesn’t work for anything. Contract done in a year and I’m back with Rogers. At least they have coverage that works!

@Bell_Support nice of all your **** services to go down today. Not like I needed them for work or for my mom to see her first grand child over video chat. I like how you guys work. Pay the premium get absolute trash.
