    Well were we ever wrong going back to @Bell They said they wouldn’t charge installation. Forgot to mention it’s self install internet!! We thought we had a good package! Wrong. Terrible way to treat customers. Been on the phone all morning. I HATE BELL! Good tv but crap service!

    @Bell_Support THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/SATISFACTION EVER! Same ongoing issue for over a year now with same NONE resolution from you!! DISGUSTING!! Time to move on!!
