    @Superpig @Bell Had a similar problem with Fido. They provisioned a line, but we never activated. That didn't matter, as the charges started to accrue. Cleared it up months later, after bunch of angry calls from collections (who had no power to correct the mistake). Tried everything. **** Fido

It was hard to convert me bec I was proud of my morals & was arguing w managers on behalf of customers & said I never signed up to lie to people but was told I was there to follow orders & forget what I learned in school

    @Bell_Support Ya that never works. Ever. I’m in the middle of training and I’ve now missed a full hour. How about your support people actually do their jobs properly instead of patch work. I don’t have a full day to wait on the phone for someone to toss me to someone in India

    @Bell_Support - what a terrible company. Shockingly poor service. I have no clue what I'm getting for $260 a month. I work from home and live alone, and need cable and internet. I currently have neither. I need and deserve better than this. We all do.
