@Videotron horrible experience. The modem was not delivered n time. I wasted 3 hours to collect. Now it is not connecting. Now I need to pay and wait a week to get it fix. I can't work from home.I can't take day off. I should have gone with @Bell .

@Bell_Support just wondering, we call you to fix a problem with our land line and not only does it not get fixed, we are left with no phone,no internet for the last 6 DAYS. Hours of talking to people. If I hear one more "sorry" I will scream, not great service if you ask. #fixit

@Bell We are now using Fire TV but there is no TSN app in the App Store. I’m asking this because you own TSN and you’re advertising not using sketchy links. How are we to watch TSN using our Firestick if there is no app? There’s an app for every other network in Canada.
