    Hey @Bell your support team is BRUTAL. Anyone else out there that can help? Dissatisfied and disappointed with the reply they provided and when I ask for the contact information for your ombudsman total radio silence. Interesting way to treat a long time ‘valued’ customer.

  • BoldlyJust Digital Dignity (@BoldlyJust) reported

    @fordnation are you going to do anything about the horrendous mobile service coverage in Ontario by the carriers especially @Bell. While customers are being robbed, you can barely connect in the GTA for what is considered vital infrastructure for emergencies !

  • thexhaloking HALOCANADIAN (@thexhaloking) reported

    @Bell Solution @Starlink

    @Google @Android I recently noticed when I connect to 5G I have a really low signal. When I connect to LTE everything works perfectly. I'm using Pixel 8. Called my carrier @Bell and there's nothing wrong with their network. Could it be that one the Pixel 8 updates caused this?

  • JohnHou00719116 John Houston (@JohnHou00719116) reported

    @Bell Bell who offer 3Gb fiber service with a REAL speed of around 300mbps and charge $140/month when the 300mbsp service is $90 a month. CHECK THE SPEED YOU ARE GETTING ON AVERAGE. Bell needs to be SUED.

  • cengler42 Chris Engler 🇨🇦✝️ (@cengler42) reported

    Much like their process for porting a mobile number, @Bell's self-service portal is the drizzling shits. The link for you to update your credit card doesn't work and when you actually find the place to update it, their portal still tells you your credit card is expiring soon.

    @TELUSsupport If you had a call center in Canada, it wouldn't be an issue. Instead, you're leading with profits over service and the customer pays at the end. Telus used to be different, customer focused ... Now, you're no different then @Bell and @Rogers . Shame!

  • faxon99 Chris Faxon (@faxon99) reported

    @Rogers after 20mins of navigating their maze of options they return "We are too busy to answer your call, try again another time, goodbye" #awful #disgraceful #shaw. Do yourself a favor a go to @TELUS or @Bell

  • BlindLiberalism BlindLiberalism (@BlindLiberalism) reported

    @Bell I have a complaint. Where can it be directed?

  • dimi_james DiMiMaK 🇨🇦 🇬🇷 🏳️‍🌈 (@dimi_james) reported

    @Bell On the phone this morning for 1.5 hours after support agent mucked up my esim on their network. Thanks to esim activation department for correcting the problem caused by the support agent. I wish I had his name.
