@Bell_Support & @gmail need to get their **** together. I've been getting spammed 10 times a day from Gmail accounts, always a different email account. Bell says "can't help", Gmail says "can't help" so I'm stuck just having to deal with this on my own. RIDICULOUS

  • DeepaliDewan Dr Deepali Dewan (@DeepaliDewan) reported

@Bell @bell_support why is it so difficult to order Wi-Fi pods?—I have tried 2x calling, 1x live chat, and once myself online. There are always technical issues or the rep puts the order in but nothing arrives. This has been going on for more than a week. Hours of my time wasted.

I just received horrible customer service from a "senior manager" from your business loyalty team. I need someone to call me back asap or you will lose my business #horrible #CustomerService #bell @Bell

  • yychospitality yychospitality (@yychospitality) reported

@Bell Dear Bell, just an FYI, why the key reasons your customers leave, its not your service but your CSRs who have no idea how to deal with customers and hang up. Just a little remainder we are taking our time out of day to call you when the problem comes from you.

  • d3signTO Three Design (@d3signTO) reported

@Bell These do not work. We still have them and find them to be a scam. We are returning these this week. Always issues with our bell wifi. We pay soooo much money to them every month. I’m done!

  • theaveragetwit Dave Mac Donald (@theaveragetwit) reported

@willowzy @Bell_Support Yeah, give them a call. They have costs increasing as well, and more people are defaulting. They're fine but still have stakeholders to please. Call and explain, they might be able to help.
