    @Bell I am constantly having issues with Fibe TV. Every few days I get freezing on my TV for hours. Of course sane with my PVR recordings I'm so so tired of calling & spending wasted hours on phone! After replacing PVRs twice now I'm still having trouble. Terrible customer service!

    @Bell Canada is laying fibre optic cable in his neighbourhood near Kingston. They damage the @cogecohelps line and the internet goes out. /2

    @Bell_Support @jimdabir Same problem at my mother-in-laws place in Kanata, ON. Waited with her all day for tech to arrive. No one showed up. Was told by Bell chat that others in the area have the same problem. Not fixed and we still can't call her.

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell I have bell and i literally have to turn my wifi off on my phone and use data for the internet to work half the time. Garbage company and sadly most Canadians have no other options

    @Bell_Support outage is nearing 24 hours in the Hamilton service area…website says resolution ETA was YESTERDAY evening and no further updates. I can’t hotspot for much longer and I need to get some work done! Can you advise status and real ETA on fix?

    @Bell, how do you get to have a service outage for 24 hrs, tell me an est. restoration time (yesterday afternoon) and then crickets? If I ran my business like that I’d have no clients. Can’t run my business today cos still no internet thanks to you.

    @Bell_Support I have been trying to get a Bell Security system installedwith 4 no shows from your instillation team….. no phone calls or nothing in regards to the missed appointment…. When I call your help line no apology or help to expedite the instigation… order # 00072097

    @Rogers, those intermittent outages are getting old… WTF is happening over there!!! I had more reliable service in a remote village of northern Thailand!! @Bell, any special offers for moving over??

    @Rogers The big outage was not enough. Your service could not be any worse. 4 outages in 3 days. Average at least 1 outage per week for the last 5 months. Hours each time. Glad technical support “understands my frustration” @Bell coming your way!

    @Bell I would not use Bell even if there was no more. They sponsor “Let’s Talk” and then fire hundreds of employees. They don’t have customer service, they charge more for services that aren’t any better than others, stay away from Bell.
