@Bell your customer service is by far the worst & it keeps getting worse. You have lost all you Canadian customer service values & now have replaced your staff with hard line tough talking rude reps. All for what an extra charge You lose more customers this way. 👋 After 30 years

  • JustCanadianGal Old Woman’s Chair (@JustCanadianGal) reported

How much for your service provider per month ? What a mortgage cost, then a car, now a device and internet monthly fee. Are we still in top ten for user fees @crtc Ending it this month. Excessive fees goodbye @rogers @bell cable and services bye bye Not worth the $

@Bell_Support I phoned 611 to report a longstanding cellular dead zone at Glenarm Rd & Kirkfield Rd, south of Kirkfield ON. Two different reps did not know what a dead zone was, nor how to report this to your mobile network team. I was trying to help you - better training needed!

  • LittleLillyCat Red Queen (@LittleLillyCat) reported

Got to love when you call into @Bell to cancel service for a deceased person, that they still try and sell you their product.

  • _Corey85 Leafer_Reefer (@_Corey85) reported

@Bell_Support I appreciate the call back! It only took 9 hours for someone to reach out to me. You guys are the absolute worst. 👎👎🤮

  • KimJongOil Kim Jong-oil (@KimJongOil) reported

@Bell_Support Dear bell Canada, can you tell me how I have a $400 overage change on my cellphone when you app says I’ve only used 9Gig of data over my limit? Dear Telus, you’ve got a new customer for four different devices. This is criminal. @TELUS

  • _Corey85 Leafer_Reefer (@_Corey85) reported

@Bell_Support You take thousands of dollars from me per year but cannot ensure proper service. I think it may be time we cut ties with Bell. This is ridiculous. Over 24 hours no TV, unsecure internet connection while working from home, and no update as to when to expect a fix!

  • DJToronto_ David J (@DJToronto_) reported

What started a simple inquiry is rapidly progressing to me cancelling all my @Bell_Support services. I’ll pay more for better service.

  • annascida Anna Scida (@annascida) reported

@Bell I can't believe that at a time like this, when small businesses are struggling and have to depend on curbside pickup, which in turn means relying on phones that we still can't get any help from you!! The way you take advantage of your customers is truely disgusting!!

  • tchwfrzr Trevor Chow-Fraser (@tchwfrzr) reported

"Hey Bell, someone stole my id and opened a phone line." @Bell: "Ok, here's a $600 fee to close the account. We'll mail it to the fake address we have on file, you'll never get it, and then we'll ruin your credit. Thanks for doing business!"
